【摘要】：目前我國處于城鎮(zhèn)化快速發(fā)展階段,城市群逐步形成和發(fā)展,綜合客運網(wǎng)絡不斷變化,客運需求呈現(xiàn)分層次、高強度、多樣化、重時效的特點。面對城鎮(zhèn)化帶來的影響,迫切需要構(gòu)建"需求導向、層次清晰、統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)、結(jié)構(gòu)合理"的城市群綜合客運樞紐體系,以引導和支撐城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展,更好地滿足城鎮(zhèn)化背景下的城市群客運出行需求,同時為城市綜合客運樞紐布局提供上層規(guī)劃指引。然而,目前少有從城市群層面進行綜合客運樞紐布局,更缺乏系統(tǒng)的分層布局理論指導,存在城市群綜合客運樞紐布局與城市群發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)、城市群客運組織模式不合理、不同層級樞紐之間沒有統(tǒng)籌布局、樞紐建設時序不明確等問題。因此,本論文主要研究城鎮(zhèn)化背景下的城市群綜合客運樞紐分層布局優(yōu)化問題,以期為城市群綜合客運樞紐布局提供理論參考。本論文的研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾部分:(1)闡述了城鎮(zhèn)化背景下城市群綜合客運樞紐分層布局優(yōu)化的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論。分析了城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展與城市群綜合客運樞紐布局的關(guān)系,明確了城鎮(zhèn)化背景下城市群綜合客運發(fā)展形勢對城市群綜合客運樞紐布局的需求,總結(jié)了城鎮(zhèn)化背景下城市群綜合客運樞紐發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題,闡明了城鎮(zhèn)化背景下城市群綜合客運樞紐分層布局的內(nèi)容框架及意義,提出了城鎮(zhèn)化背景下城市群綜合客運樞紐分層布局的思想(包括城鎮(zhèn)化背景下城市群客運需求層次劃分與綜合客運樞紐層級劃分、城鎮(zhèn)化背景下城市群客運組織模式和樞紐分層布局模式),制定了城市群綜合客運樞紐的布局流程。(2)研究了近期的城市群綜合客運樞紐分層布局優(yōu)化問題�？紤]城鎮(zhèn)化綜合客運發(fā)展形勢對城市群綜合客運樞紐布局的需求以及城市群綜合客運樞紐的分層特性及其與客流對應的服務功能,基于多流的嵌套型層級設施選址模型,構(gòu)建了城市群綜合客運樞紐分層布局優(yōu)化基本模型,使用CPLEX優(yōu)化軟件進行精確求解并設計了改進的免疫克隆求解算法,通過30個節(jié)點的算例和81個節(jié)點的算例驗證了模型和算法的有效性。(3)研究了多時期的城市群綜合客運樞紐分層布局優(yōu)化問題。在城市群綜合客運樞紐分層布局優(yōu)化基本模型的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮到城鎮(zhèn)化進程中區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)、綜合客運網(wǎng)絡和客運需求在不同時期不斷變化的特點,對相關(guān)參數(shù)和變量加入時期的屬性,構(gòu)建了多時期的城市群綜合客運樞紐分層布局優(yōu)化模型,使用CPLEX優(yōu)化軟件進行精確求解并設計了改進的免疫克隆求解算法,通過30個節(jié)點的算例和81個節(jié)點的算例驗證了模型和算法的有效性。(4)研究了考慮不確定因素的多時期城市群綜合客運樞紐分層布局優(yōu)化問題。在多時期的城市群綜合客運樞紐分層布局優(yōu)化模型的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮到城鎮(zhèn)化進程中城市群綜合客運需求、樞紐備選點各層次服務能力最大值存在不確定性,同時各層級樞紐的服務量最低標準也尚未有明確規(guī)定,構(gòu)建了考慮不確定因素的多時期的城市群綜合客運樞紐分層布局優(yōu)化模型,應用模糊規(guī)劃理論將模糊目標函數(shù)和模糊約束轉(zhuǎn)化為清晰等價類,最終形成線性規(guī)劃模型,使用CPLEX優(yōu)化軟件進行精確求解并設計了改進的免疫克隆求解算法,通過30個節(jié)點的算例和81個節(jié)點的算例驗證了模型和算法的有效性。(5)進行了城市群綜合客運樞紐布局優(yōu)化的實證研究。以京津冀城市群為例,結(jié)合該城市群相關(guān)發(fā)展規(guī)劃和數(shù)據(jù),分別應用構(gòu)建的模型得出樞紐分層布局結(jié)果,分析論證了分層布局方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:At present our country is in the stage of rapid development of urbanization, the gradual formation and development of city group, comprehensive passenger transport network is constantly changing, passenger demand presents multi-level, high strength, diversification, heavy prescription. The face of the impact of urbanization, there is an urgent need to build "demand oriented, clarity, coordination, reasonable structure of the city group of integrated passenger transport hub system, to guide and support the development of urbanization, to better meet the needs of urbanization under the background of city passenger travel demand, while providing the upper planning guidance for the layout of the city comprehensive passenger transport hub. However, there is less from the city level group comprehensive passenger transport hub layout, lack of hierarchical layout theories of the system the existence and development of city comprehensive passenger transport hub layout and city group coordination, city passenger transportation organization mode is not reasonable, there is no overall layout between different levels of the construction of hub, hub The problem of order is not clear. An Empirical Study on the city comprehensive passenger transport hub layout optimization. In Beijing and Tianjin city group as an example, combined with the city group development planning and related data were used to construct models to obtain. The results of NYSE stratified layout are analyzed and demonstrated the effectiveness of the hierarchical layout method.
