異形預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋?qū)嵱迷O(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:隨著交通事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)有的城市道路橋梁已經(jīng)不能滿足人們的需求,立交橋和平面交叉橋梁形式被廣泛應(yīng)用,因此產(chǎn)生了很多平面不規(guī)則的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu),這種不規(guī)則的橋梁形式統(tǒng)稱為異形梁。異形梁結(jié)構(gòu)受力復(fù)雜,計(jì)算理論和設(shè)計(jì)方法較直梁相比相對(duì)落后。因此,對(duì)異形梁的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行研究是非常必要的。本文首先對(duì)異形橋結(jié)構(gòu)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述,然后利用有限元軟件建立了兩種典型異形橋的實(shí)體單元模型,進(jìn)而對(duì)異形梁開展了一系列工作。1.對(duì)兩種典型異形梁在自重、預(yù)應(yīng)力、汽車荷載以及荷載組合作用下的靜力響應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析,明確異形梁受力特性,探討異形箱梁橋的空間效應(yīng),為此類橋梁的設(shè)計(jì)提出一些建議。2.對(duì)異形梁的影響參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析。分別就匝道半徑、截面高度以及暗橫梁厚度三個(gè)參數(shù)變化時(shí)對(duì)主梁受力影響進(jìn)行了分析,并利用田口實(shí)驗(yàn)法對(duì)三個(gè)參數(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),明確三個(gè)參數(shù)共同變化時(shí)對(duì)主梁受力特性的影響,并根據(jù)田口理論得到各參數(shù)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)受力的影響程度。3.利用有限元法分別求得兩種結(jié)構(gòu)控制截面在不同參數(shù)下的偏載系數(shù),并總結(jié)出偏載系數(shù)與各設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而指導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì);并與傳統(tǒng)方法對(duì)比,說明將本文方法用在實(shí)際工程中具有實(shí)際意義。4.就不分叉結(jié)構(gòu)和分叉結(jié)構(gòu)異形梁,分別選擇兩種結(jié)構(gòu)的實(shí)體工程,對(duì)本文得到的一些結(jié)論和實(shí)際工程實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證本文方法的正確性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of traffic, the existing urban road bridges can no longer meet the needs of people, the overpass and plane crossing bridges are widely used, so many irregular plane bridge structures have emerged. This irregular form of bridge is referred to as special-shaped beam. The structure of special-shaped beam is complicated by force, and the calculation theory and design method are relatively backward than that of straight beam. It is very necessary to study the design method of special-shaped beam. Firstly, the present research situation of special-shaped bridge structure at home and abroad is expounded, and then the solid element models of two typical special-shaped bridges are established by using finite element software. Then, a series of work on special-shaped beam is carried out. 1. The static response of two typical special-shaped beams under the action of deadweight, prestress, automobile load and combination of loads is analyzed, and the stress characteristics of special-shaped beams are clarified, and the spatial effects of special-shaped box girder bridges are discussed. Some suggestions are put forward for the design of this kind of bridge. 2. The influence parameters of special-shaped beam are analyzed. The influence of three parameters such as ramp radius, section height and the thickness of dark beam on the force of the main beam is analyzed respectively. The experimental design of the three parameters is carried out by using the Taguchi experimental method, and the influence of the three parameters on the mechanical characteristics of the main beam is clarified when the three parameters change together. According to the Taguchi theory, the influence degree of each parameter on the structural force is obtained. 3. Using the finite element method, the deflection load coefficients of the two structural control sections under different parameters are obtained, and the relationship between the eccentric load coefficients and the design parameters is summarized. Then the design of the structure is guided, and compared with the traditional method, it is shown that the application of this method in practical engineering has practical significance .4. for non-bifurcation structure and forked structural special-shaped beam, two kinds of structural solid engineering are selected, respectively. Some conclusions obtained in this paper are compared with actual engineering data to verify the correctness of this method.
