基于需求與供給協(xié)同下的山地組團城市多層次公交線網(wǎng)設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:目前,為了緩解城市交通系統(tǒng)涌現(xiàn)的三大交通問題:交通擁堵、道路安全、能源危機,各大城市都不約而同地提出了“優(yōu)先發(fā)展公共交通,倡導(dǎo)綠色出行”戰(zhàn)略性措施。一些大城市致力于發(fā)展軌道交通,但是軌道交通系統(tǒng)無論如何暢通發(fā)達,其包覆的城市區(qū)域面積和線網(wǎng)發(fā)展程度始終不會達到常規(guī)公交的水平。山地組團城市由于地形比較復(fù)雜,軌道交通無法發(fā)展達到平原城市的規(guī)模,常規(guī)公交承擔(dān)著居民的大部分出行需求。然而,山地組團城市常規(guī)公交線網(wǎng)設(shè)計和運營過程中存在著很多問題。鑒于此,本文提出了一種基于需求和供給協(xié)同的山地組團城市常規(guī)公交線網(wǎng)的多層次設(shè)計方法。本文首先對山地組團城市的常規(guī)公交線網(wǎng)供需協(xié)同理論體系進行了研究,主要研究了供需協(xié)同的內(nèi)涵、協(xié)同要素和協(xié)同機理;然后建立了山地組團城市的常規(guī)公交線網(wǎng)三個層次的供需協(xié)同模型,即微觀協(xié)同模型、中觀協(xié)同模型和宏觀協(xié)同模型;然后據(jù)此多層次模型提出了山地組團城市的常規(guī)公交線網(wǎng)供需協(xié)同的多層次設(shè)計方法,最后以重慶市主城區(qū)為例,運用所提出的方法,對主城區(qū)的跨組團的公交線網(wǎng)進行分層次設(shè)計,并對設(shè)計結(jié)果前后狀況進行了對比,說明該方法設(shè)計的主城區(qū)公交線網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同性更好。本文通過研究提出的基于供需協(xié)同的山地組團城市公交線網(wǎng)設(shè)計方法可以用來指導(dǎo)山地組團城市的公交線網(wǎng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計,這對于構(gòu)建“智慧公交”系統(tǒng),加快實現(xiàn)“智慧城市”建設(shè)步伐具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:At present, in order to alleviate the three major traffic problems that have emerged in the urban transport system: traffic congestion, road safety, and energy crisis, all major cities have proposed "giving priority to the development of public transport". Promote green travel "strategic measures. Some big cities are committed to developing rail transit, but rail transit systems are unimpeded and developed anyway. The coverage of the urban area and the development degree of the network will never reach the level of conventional public transport. Because of the complicated terrain, the rail transit can not reach the scale of the plain city. Conventional public transport is responsible for most of the residents' travel needs. However, there are many problems in the design and operation of the regular transit network in mountainous cities. In this paper, a multi-level design method of conventional bus network in mountainous cities based on the coordination of demand and supply is proposed. Firstly, the theoretical system of supply and demand coordination of conventional public transit network in mountainous cities is studied in this paper. This paper mainly studies the connotation of supply and demand coordination, coordination elements and coordination mechanism, and then establishes the three levels of supply and demand coordination model of conventional public transport network in mountainous cities, that is, micro coordination model, meso cooperation model and macro coordination model. Based on the multi-level model, a multi-level design method for the coordination of supply and demand of conventional bus network in mountainous cities is put forward. Finally, taking the main urban area of Chongqing as an example, the proposed method is used. The public transport network across groups in the main urban area is designed in different levels, and the conditions before and after the design results are compared. It shows that the bus network system designed by this method is more synergistic. The method of bus network design based on supply and demand coordination can be used to guide the optimization design of urban bus network in mountainous cities. This is of great significance to the construction of "intelligent public transport" system and the construction of "intelligent city".
