瀝青混凝土路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護技術(shù)碳排放量化分析

【摘要】:為研究養(yǎng)護期瀝青混凝土路面不同養(yǎng)護技術(shù)在應(yīng)用過程中產(chǎn)生的碳排放,基于生命周期評價方法,將瀝青混凝土路面養(yǎng)護工程劃分為材料生產(chǎn)、運輸及施工3個階段。將產(chǎn)品清單與碳排放系數(shù)相乘,以定額法為主,理論法為輔,建立各階段碳排放計算模型。計算了銑刨攤鋪、就地?zé)嵩偕S拌熱再生、薄層罩面以及微表處等5種技術(shù)碳排放強度,量化分析不同技術(shù)優(yōu)勢特征以及不同舊料摻量下的碳排放。研究結(jié)果表明:就地?zé)嵩偕夹g(shù)機械施工階段碳排放量最多,達(dá)到77%;而其他養(yǎng)護技術(shù)材料生產(chǎn)階段碳排放量最多,達(dá)到70%以上;與銑刨重鋪技術(shù)相比,就地?zé)嵩偕、微表處、超薄罩面和廠拌熱再生碳排放降幅分別為37.6%、26.9%、19.8%和12.5%;對于廠拌熱再生技術(shù),RAP摻量對廠拌熱再生減排效果顯著,舊料摻量提高10%,碳排放強度下降0.6kg/(m~3·年)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the carbon emission produced by different curing technologies of asphalt concrete pavement during curing period, the maintenance engineering of asphalt concrete pavement is divided into material production based on life cycle evaluation method. In the three stages of transportation and construction, the product inventory and carbon emission coefficient are multiplied, the quota method is the main method, the theoretical method is auxiliary, and the calculation model of carbon emission in each stage is established. The carbon emission intensity of five technologies, such as thin layer covering and micro-surface, was quantitatively analyzed under different technical advantages and different amounts of used materials. The results showed that: in the construction stage of geothermal regeneration technology, the carbon emission was the most. The amount of carbon emitted during the production of other curing technologies is the highest, at more than 70%. Compared with the milling and planing technology, geothermal regeneration, microsurfacing, The reduction of carbon emissions from ultra-thin overlay and hot regenerated plant was 37.6% and 12.5%, respectively. For the technology of hot regeneration, the effect of rap was significant, the amount of used material increased by 10%, and the carbon emission intensity decreased by 0.6 kg / m ~ (-1) / 3 路yr ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1), respectively.
