密實型瀝青混合料裂縫感應(yīng)熱自愈合性能研究

【摘要】:為給瀝青路面電磁感應(yīng)自修復(fù)技術(shù)提供參考依據(jù),通過摻加鋼絲絨制備了可用于感應(yīng)加熱的密實型瀝青混合料小梁,研究其裂縫感應(yīng)熱自愈合性能。對不同類型、不同摻量鋼絲絨的混合料試件進行了電磁感應(yīng)加熱試驗,研究了感應(yīng)加熱試件的升溫速率,并進一步開展了裂縫自愈合能力試驗以及混合料的路用性能試驗,對混合料進行了綜合優(yōu)化設(shè)計。研究結(jié)果表明:電磁感應(yīng)加熱是對混合料中的瀝青加熱而非集料加熱,熱量由瀝青膠結(jié)料轉(zhuǎn)移到集料中,加熱迅速,能耗低;加熱溫度不能高于100℃,否則混合料會膨脹松散;鋼絲絨越長,摻量越高,密實型鋼絲絨瀝青混合料試件的電磁感應(yīng)平均加熱速率越高;2~#鋼絲絨(6.5mm)摻量為4%的試件在頂面加熱至90℃時表現(xiàn)出最佳的愈合率(96.7%),頂面加熱至75℃時同樣具有理想的愈合率(95.4%),且此溫度下能夠節(jié)約能耗和避免試件松散;2~#鋼絲絨(3.5mm)摻量為2%的密實型瀝青混合料具有最優(yōu)良的路用性能;結(jié)合混合料路用性能和感應(yīng)熱自愈合能力分析,2~#鋼絲絨(3.5mm)摻量為4%的密實型瀝青混合料在頂面電磁感應(yīng)加熱到75℃時具有94.6%的理想自愈合率和良好的路用性能,且能耗經(jīng)濟。
[Abstract]:In order to provide reference for electromagnetic induction self-repairing technology of asphalt pavement, the trabeculae of dense asphalt mixture, which can be used for induction heating, were prepared by adding wire velvet, and the self-healing properties of crack induction heat were studied. The electromagnetic induction heating test was carried out on the mixture specimens with different content of steel wire velvet. The heating rate of the sample was studied, and the crack self-healing ability test and the pavement performance test of the mixture were further carried out. The results show that electromagnetic induction heating is the heating of asphalt instead of aggregate, the heat is transferred from asphalt binder to aggregate, the heating is rapid and the energy consumption is low.
