高效壓路機(jī)性能研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代公路建設(shè)對(duì)質(zhì)量的要求越來越高,另外,公路建設(shè)對(duì)我國基礎(chǔ)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要性也越來越大。所以,公路建設(shè)所需要的施工機(jī)械的性能要求急需得到提高。而壓路機(jī)的工作性能更是直接影響著施工道路的壓實(shí)度、平整度等,所以,如何提高壓路機(jī)性能的研究課題對(duì)我國的公路建設(shè)質(zhì)量的提高具有重大意義。沖擊振動(dòng)復(fù)合壓實(shí)設(shè)備是在探討新的壓實(shí)理論與壓實(shí)技術(shù)的條件下發(fā)展而來的,它將單一類型的沖擊壓路機(jī)和振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)兩者性能相組合,使其能在一臺(tái)機(jī)器上形成同時(shí)具備靜碾、振動(dòng)和沖擊三種類型的壓實(shí)設(shè)備。這無疑將會(huì)使壓實(shí)作業(yè)的工作效率大大提高,并且能達(dá)到更好的壓實(shí)效果。本論文首先介紹了目前市場(chǎng)上各種壓實(shí)設(shè)備的性能特征,然后從理論上證明沖擊振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)產(chǎn)品的可行性,根據(jù)相似理論中結(jié)構(gòu)相似、尺寸相似、性能相似等,設(shè)計(jì)工程樣機(jī)。建立壓路機(jī)—土壤系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,將機(jī)械與土壤力學(xué)原理相結(jié)合研究,完善了沖擊振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)的壓實(shí)技術(shù)與理論。通過三維建模軟件Solidworks建立主要部件的幾何實(shí)體模型;考慮土壤性質(zhì)的多樣性,提高仿真結(jié)果的真實(shí)性,用ANSYS生成參數(shù)化的柔性體模擬地面;利用ADAMS軟件對(duì)實(shí)體模型進(jìn)行一系列的動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真,對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,得出各工作參數(shù)對(duì)壓實(shí)效果的影響。根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果和理論分析,得出了壓實(shí)度與主要幾種壓實(shí)工藝參數(shù)的變化關(guān)系,以及各參數(shù)之間的規(guī)律性關(guān)系,本文研究的一些成果,對(duì)更深層次的進(jìn)行沖擊振動(dòng)壓實(shí)新技術(shù)的研究非常有益,對(duì)一些復(fù)雜工況的路基壓實(shí)以及粘性土壓實(shí)等難題提供了一種可行性的解決方案,同時(shí)對(duì)壓實(shí)機(jī)械的工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用也具有一些有益的參加價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Modern highway construction requires more and more high quality. In addition, highway construction is becoming more and more important to the basic economic development of our country. The performance requirement of the construction machinery needed for highway construction needs to be improved urgently, and the working performance of the road roller directly affects the compactness and smoothness of the construction road, so, How to improve the performance of roller is of great significance to the improvement of highway construction quality in China. The compound compaction equipment of impact vibration is developed under the condition of discussing new compaction theory and compaction technology. It combines the performance of a single type of impact roller with a vibrating roller so that it can be formed on a single machine with a static roller. There are three types of compaction equipment, vibration and shock. This will undoubtedly improve the working efficiency of compaction operation and achieve better compaction effect. This paper first introduces the performance characteristics of various compaction equipments on the market. Then the feasibility of the impact vibration roller product is proved theoretically. According to the similarity theory of structure, size and performance, the engineering prototype is designed, and the dynamic model of the roller and soil system is established. The compaction technology and theory of impact vibration roller are improved by combining mechanical and soil mechanics principles. The geometric solid model of main components is established by using 3D modeling software Solidworks, and the diversity of soil properties is considered. To improve the authenticity of the simulation results, ANSYS is used to generate parametric flexible body to simulate the ground, and a series of dynamic simulation of the solid model is carried out by using ADAMS software, and the simulation results are analyzed. According to the simulation results and theoretical analysis, the relationship between compaction degree and main compaction process parameters, as well as the regular relationship between them, is obtained. The further research on the new technology of impact vibration compaction is very beneficial, which provides a feasible solution for some difficult problems such as roadbed compaction under complex working conditions and clay soil compaction. At the same time, it has some beneficial participation value for the practical application of compaction machinery.
