【摘要】：在我國(guó)現(xiàn)有橋梁中,空腹式圬工拱橋數(shù)量仍然很大,這相當(dāng)多的一部分修建于60～70年代。橋梁在長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中由于缺乏必要的養(yǎng)護(hù)、交通量增加及交通荷載等級(jí)逐漸提高等不利因素影響,導(dǎo)致橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)材料老化、損傷,結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變形,許多空腹式圬工拱橋變成了危橋。這些危橋不但阻礙了道路技術(shù)等級(jí)的提升,而且嚴(yán)重危及到了道路通行安全。所以,對(duì)這些仍然承擔(dān)著道路通行功能的空腹式圬工拱橋進(jìn)行加固,提高其承載能力、排除安全隱患使之不再成為道路暢通的絆腳石迫在眉睫。論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括：(1)結(jié)合四川省涼山州普通國(guó)省干線公路橋梁檢查情況,對(duì)其中的空腹式圬工拱橋產(chǎn)生的病害進(jìn)行整理歸類,分析病害產(chǎn)生的原因、總結(jié)病害特點(diǎn)。(2)以中江縣繼光橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘?根據(jù)其檢測(cè)評(píng)定結(jié)果,提出鋼筋混凝土套箍封閉主拱圈法、拱腹條帶式外包法和拱背外包加固法三種不同的加固方法。(3)建立加固前與采用三種不同加固方法加固后的有限元模型,得到加固前后橋梁的受力狀況。(4)對(duì)比分析三種加固方法加固后的橋梁受力狀況,比選出最優(yōu)的加固方法。同時(shí),對(duì)三種加固方法進(jìn)行綜合對(duì)比為以后類似的加固工程提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the existing bridge in our country, the number of open spandrel arch bridge is still large, the considerable part of the construction in the 60~70's. The Bridge in long-term operation process due to the lack of necessary maintenance, increased traffic and traffic load increases and other unfavorable factors, leading to aging, the bridge structure material damage, deformation structure. Many hollow masonry arch bridge into a dangerous bridge. These bridges not only hinder the technical level of road improvement, but also seriously endanger traffic safety. Therefore, the hollow masonry arch bridge still bears the traffic function of strengthening, improve its carrying capacity, eliminate security risks so as not to become a stumbling block to the smooth road the imminent. The main contents of this thesis include: (1) according to the Sichuan Prefecture of Liangshan Province ordinary national and provincial trunk highways bridge inspection, on the hollow masonry The diseases caused by the arch bridge are classified to analyze the causes of diseases and summarize the disease characteristics. (2) in Zhongjiang County, Ji Guang bridge as the engineering background, according to the test results, the reinforced concrete hoop closed main arch method, arch strip method and arch outsourcing outsourcing reinforcement method three different strengthening methods. (3) the establishment of reinforcement before and using three different finite element method for stabilizing the model, get the stress status before and after the reinforcement of the bridge. (4) comparative analysis of three kinds of reinforcement methods of bridge reinforcement after the stress condition, the optimal reinforcement method. At the same time, three kinds of comprehensive comparison the reinforcement method provides a reference for the later similar reinforcement projects.
