【摘要】：結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),以某一級公路橋梁工程為例,詳細(xì)闡述網(wǎng)絡(luò)施工進(jìn)度計劃編制的全過程,并繪制了該橋梁工程的雙代號時標(biāo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)度計劃圖,進(jìn)一步說明雙代號網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃圖的繪制方法、注意事項(xiàng)和時間參數(shù)的解算過程,并說明時標(biāo)圖作為雙代號網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃圖的特例所具備的各項(xiàng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)。然后,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)度計劃的特點(diǎn)出發(fā),以某次實(shí)際進(jìn)度檢查前鋒線為例,闡述網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)度計劃的調(diào)整原則及方法,并指明進(jìn)度計劃作為管理措施在整個進(jìn)度控制過程中的作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the experience of project management, taking a first class highway and bridge project as an example, the whole process of network construction schedule planning is elaborated in detail, and the network schedule diagram of the bridge project with double code names is drawn. The paper further explains the method of drawing double code network plan, the calculation process of notice and time parameter, and the advantages of time scale as a special case of double code network plan. Then. Starting from the characteristics of the network schedule, taking a certain actual progress check front line as an example, this paper expounds the adjustment principles and methods of the network progress plan. It also points out the role of schedule plan as a management measure in the whole progress control process.
