重載條件下復合式路面防反技術研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著交通量的增大和車輛軸載的增加,復合式路面這種長壽命路面結(jié)構(gòu)逐步得到推廣。復合式路面既具有水泥混凝土路面承載力強的特點,又可發(fā)揮瀝青路面平整度高、行車舒適的優(yōu)點;但這類復合式路面存在一個亟需解決的問題——反射裂縫,并且在使用周期內(nèi)幾乎無法避免。從以往工程經(jīng)驗來看,反射裂縫雖然無法徹底根除,但采取合理措施后是可以防治和緩解的。鑒于此,本文對新建復合式路面的荷載型反射裂縫展開研究,旨在研發(fā)一種新型的路面防反材料,主要用于重載交通條件下的新建復合式路面工程。論文首先分析了反射裂縫的產(chǎn)生及擴展機理,重點分析了加筋作用、應力吸收作用、瀝青加鋪層厚度等對防治反射裂縫的作用;其次,通過室內(nèi)MTS疲勞加載試驗和滾動荷載疲勞試驗,研究了加鋪玻纖格柵、聚酯玻纖布、經(jīng)編復合聚酯玻纖防裂布、彈性體SBS防水卷材、道路抗裂貼YN-25、道路抗裂貼YN-50、HZ/ZD-4型防反體系、鍍鋅鐵網(wǎng)材料的防反性能,通過試驗結(jié)果對每種防裂材料的防反機理進行了深入分析,并對防反效果進行了排序;再次,論文提出了一種雙層防反結(jié)構(gòu)體系,探索了雙層防反結(jié)構(gòu)和不同瀝青面層攤鋪方式的防反效果;最后,作者優(yōu)選強加筋材料和應力吸收材料復配出一種適用于重載交通條件的防反新材料,通過室內(nèi)試驗對其防反性能進行了驗證,并對其施工質(zhì)量控制體系進行了研究。研究結(jié)果表明:①以終裂疲勞加載次數(shù)為評價指標,八種防裂材料防治荷載型反射裂縫效果的排序為鍍鋅鐵網(wǎng)HZ/ZD-4型防反體系道路抗裂貼YN-50道路抗裂貼YN-25經(jīng)編復合聚酯玻纖防裂布彈性體SBS防水卷材聚酯玻纖布玻纖格柵無防反材料,加筋作用和應力吸收作用是防治或延緩反射裂縫的關鍵因素,特別是重載條件下應優(yōu)先選用強加筋材料防治路面反射裂縫;②通過復配技術研發(fā)的高抗拉復合防反材料防反效果十分顯著,集“加筋+應力吸收+防水”三大功能于一體,其中強加筋材料(建議使用不銹鋼絲網(wǎng))起到防反作用,應力吸收材料起到保護強加筋材料不被銹蝕、應力吸收和方便施工的作用;③當高抗拉復合防反材料與水泥板之間的粘結(jié)材料選取聚氨酯膠粘劑或環(huán)氧類膠粘劑時,層間粘結(jié)性能良好,可做到常溫施工;④高抗拉復合防反材料性價比高,社會經(jīng)濟效益顯著,具有良好的推廣應用前景。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increase of traffic volume and the increase of vehicle axle load, the long-life pavement structure of composite pavement has been gradually popularized. The composite pavement has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity of cement concrete pavement. It can also bring into play the advantages of high smoothness and comfortable driving of asphalt pavement. However, there is a problem that needs to be solved in this kind of composite pavement, which is the reflection crack, which is almost unavoidable in the life cycle. According to the past engineering experience, the reflection crack can not be completely eradicated. However, reasonable measures can be taken to prevent and alleviate. In view of this, this paper studies the load-type reflective cracks of the new composite pavement, aiming to develop a new type of pavement anti-reaction material. It is mainly used in the construction of new composite pavement under heavy traffic conditions. Firstly, the mechanism of reflection crack is analyzed, especially the effect of reinforcement and stress absorption. The effect of asphalt overlay thickness on preventing reflection crack; Secondly, through indoor MTS fatigue loading test and rolling load fatigue test, the overlay glass fiber grille, polyester glass fiber cloth, warp-knitted composite polyester glass fiber anti-crack fabric, elastomer SBS waterproof membrane were studied. YN-25, YN-50, HZ / ZD-4 anti-reaction system, anti-reaction performance of galvanized iron mesh material. Based on the experimental results, the anti-reaction mechanism of each kind of anti-cracking material is analyzed in depth, and the anti-reaction effect is sorted. Thirdly, the paper puts forward a kind of double-layer anti-reaction structure system, and explores the anti-reaction effect of double-layer anti-reaction structure and different paving methods of asphalt surface. Finally, the author selects the strong reinforced material and the stress absorption material to produce a new anti-reaction material which is suitable for heavy load traffic conditions. The anti-reaction performance of the material is verified by laboratory tests. And the construction quality control system is studied. The results show that the final crack fatigue loading number is taken as the evaluation index. The order of effect of eight kinds of anti-crack materials to prevent load type reflection crack is: galvanized iron mesh HZ/ZD-4 type anti-reaction system road anti-crack sticker YN-50 road anti-crack paste YN-25 warp-knitted polyester glass fiber anti-crack fabric elasticity. Body SBS waterproof roll polyester glass fabric glass fiber grille no antireflective material. Reinforcement and stress absorption are the key factors to prevent or delay reflective cracks, especially under heavy load, strong reinforced materials should be selected to prevent and cure reflective cracks. (2) the anti-reaction effect of high-tension composite antiseptic material developed by compound technology is very remarkable, which integrates the three functions of "reinforced stress absorption and waterproofing". The strong reinforced material (stainless steel wire mesh) is recommended to prevent reaction, and the stress absorption material can protect the strong reinforced material from corrosion, stress absorption and easy construction. (3) when polyurethane adhesive or epoxy adhesive is chosen as the bonding material between high tensile composite antireflective material and cement board, the interlayer bond property is good and can be used in normal temperature construction; 4High ratio of property to price and remarkable social and economic benefit of high tension resistant compound antireflective material have good prospect of popularization and application.
