水平后退式注漿技術(shù)在高速鐵路隧道穿越富水砂礫地層中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為解決寶蘭客專石鼓山隧道DK639+612.9處突水、涌水、涌砂、塌方等危害,在富水飽和砂礫地層施工中采用水平深孔后退式二重管注漿工藝,隧道開挖輪廓線外3 m范圍內(nèi)局部布孔注漿,封堵地下水和加固圍巖,從注漿后檢查孔檢查及開挖過(guò)程中揭示情況,深孔后退式二重管注漿超前止水及加固圍巖效果良好,能確保順利、安全穿越富水飽和砂礫地層。在確保施工安全和質(zhì)量的前提下,施工中創(chuàng)造了Ⅵ級(jí)圍巖地段單月開挖支護(hù)40 m的進(jìn)度指標(biāo),為富水飽和含砂礫層地段及類似地段高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隧道的施工建設(shè)積累了重要經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the hazards of water inrush, water gushing, sand gushing and collapse at DK639 612.9 in Shikushan Tunnel of Baolanke Special School, the horizontal deep hole retrograde double pipe grouting technology was adopted in the construction of water-rich saturated sand gravel strata. The underground water and surrounding rock are closed and strengthened within 3 m outside the tunnel excavation contour, and the situation is revealed during the check hole inspection and excavation process after grouting. Deep hole retrograde double pipe grouting ahead of water and reinforcement of surrounding rock effect is good, can ensure smooth, safety through the water-rich saturated sand gravel stratum, under the premise of ensuring the safety and quality of construction.
