基于時-溫轉(zhuǎn)換原理的冒雨施工瀝青混合料劈裂回彈模量主曲線研究

【摘要】:室內(nèi)成型2組試件(經(jīng)歷和未經(jīng)歷短期老化)、路面鉆取2組芯樣(正常施工、遇雨施工),對4組試件的體積參數(shù)和劈裂回彈模量(5個溫度水平、6個頻率水平)進行檢測,采用時-溫等效原理生成AC-20混合料劈裂回彈模量主曲線,并對4組試件20℃主曲線進行對比分析。研究表明,采用室內(nèi)短期加速老化試驗?zāi)M拌和樓加熱拌和過程對瀝青的老化是可行的;隨著加載頻率的增大,混合料劈裂回彈模量對加載頻率的敏感性和依賴性降低;瀝青混合料施工過程突遇下雨天氣,體積參數(shù)雖能夠滿足規(guī)范要求,但混合料劈裂回彈模量大幅降低,力學(xué)性能下降;由劈裂回彈模量西格摩德模型知,混合料劈裂回彈模量(20℃溫度,10 Hz加載頻率)降低42.5%。建議,對于瀝青混合料施工過程應(yīng)密切關(guān)注天氣變化,及時調(diào)整拌和樓生產(chǎn)狀態(tài),突遇下雨工況保證立即停止施工。
