【摘要】：文章簡(jiǎn)述了拱頂脫空、空洞等缺陷的常規(guī)處理方法以及如何預(yù)防拱頂脫空、空洞的方法,重點(diǎn)研究了襯砌臺(tái)車拱頂預(yù)埋RPC管與帶模及時(shí)注漿工藝。通過(guò)雷達(dá)掃描檢測(cè)驗(yàn)證,該工藝有效地解決了拱頂脫空、空洞、混凝土不密實(shí)等缺陷,提高了注漿材料與襯砌的整體性,確保結(jié)構(gòu)更加安全。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the conventional methods to deal with the defects such as vault void, cavity and so on, as well as the methods of how to prevent the vault from being empty and hollow are briefly described. The technology of RPC pipe pre-burying and timely grouting with die is studied in detail. Through radar scanning test, the defects of vault voids, voids and concrete are effectively solved. The integrity of grouting material and lining is improved, and the structure is more safe.
