【摘要】：21世紀以來,隨著中國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展和城市化進程的加快,城市居民出行需求不斷增加。為了解決居民出行的需求以及城市交通擁堵問題。城市軌道交通作為一種運量大、延誤少、服務(wù)質(zhì)量高等特點的交通出行方式進入大發(fā)展時期。公共交通出行不再是以前的單一常規(guī)公交。為了科學(xué)合理地評價交通建設(shè)項目的社會效益和定量預(yù)測軌道交通的客流量,設(shè)計和推出符合居民出行需求的運輸服務(wù),最大限度地滿足居民出行需要,就成為其未來發(fā)展的首要任務(wù)。由此,在目前我國城市交通事業(yè)快速發(fā)展的大背景下,開展交通出行時間價值的研究,不僅具有理論意義,而且具有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。首先,本文系統(tǒng)的梳理和總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有應(yīng)用在交通領(lǐng)域中時間價值理論和計算方法。把時間價值分為資源時間價值和行為時間價值兩類。由于公共交通出行時間價值是基于出行者對交通方式的選擇,其屬于行為時間價值,因此,主要分析了行為時間價值的適用性。經(jīng)過分析適用性決定沿用效用最大化的思想進行公共交通出行時間價值估算研究。其次,理解公共交通出行時間價值的內(nèi)涵,分析出行者選擇出行方式的影響因素。本文考慮出行者的家庭人均收入、出行目的、家庭是否有車以及年齡等影響因素。緊接著對交通工具特性和出行者選擇交通方式特性提出合理假設(shè),建立出行者在不同屬性下的公共交通出行時間價值估算模型。以公共交通選擇影響因素分析為前提,基于時間價值估算模型對基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的需要,設(shè)計了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)獲取調(diào)查體系。介紹并分析了RP和SP兩種調(diào)查方法。經(jīng)過分析兩種調(diào)查方法各自的有缺點,最終本文采用SP調(diào)查方法獲得基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。為了保障數(shù)據(jù)的合理性,建立的數(shù)據(jù)篩選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。最后,以石家莊為例,采集基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),估算獲得不同屬性下的公共交通出行時間價值。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of the process of urbanization. In order to solve the problem of residents' travel demand and urban traffic congestion, urban rail transit is a kind of large volume of transportation and less delay. In order to evaluate the social benefits of traffic construction projects scientifically and rationally and quantitatively predict rail transit, public transport travel is no longer a single conventional bus. Traffic. Under the background of the rapid development of urban transportation in China, it is not only of theoretical significance but also of great practical significance to carry out the research on the value of traffic travel time. First of all. This paper systematically reviews and summarizes the theory and calculation methods of time value used in the field of transportation. Time value is divided into two categories: resource time value and behavioral time value. Because the value of public transportation travel time is the base. The choice of mode of transportation for travelers. It belongs to the behavioral time value, therefore, it mainly analyzes the applicability of behavioral time value. Through the analysis of applicability, it is decided to use the idea of utility maximization to study the estimation of public transport travel time value. Secondly. Understand the meaning of public transport travel time value and analyze the factors that affect travelers' choice of travel mode. This paper considers the family per capita income and travel purpose of travelers. Whether the family has a car or not and age and other factors. Then the characteristics of the vehicle and the choice of transport mode characteristics of the travelers to put forward reasonable assumptions. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of public transport choice, the paper establishes the time value estimation model of public transportation under different attributes, based on the needs of the basic data based on the time value estimation model. The basic data acquisition investigation system is designed. Two investigation methods, RP and SP, are introduced and analyzed. Finally, this paper uses SP survey method to obtain basic data. In order to ensure the reasonableness of the data, establish the data screening standard. Finally, take Shijiazhuang as an example to collect basic data. Estimate the value of public transport travel time under different attributes.
