新型淺埋暗挖法預(yù)加固技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近些年,隨著我國城市軌道交通的發(fā)展,地鐵工程日益增多,在城市地下工程中,一般埋設(shè)深度較淺、地質(zhì)條件較差,越來越多的工程采取淺埋暗挖法進(jìn)行施工。在施工過程中容易引起地表較大沉降,當(dāng)隧道臨近或穿越重要建筑結(jié)構(gòu)或地下管線時(shí),所允許的地下沉降就非常嚴(yán)格,所以淺埋暗挖施工過程中必須嚴(yán)格控制施工影響。在淺埋暗挖施工工序中,預(yù)加固技術(shù)又是保證淺埋暗挖施工安全的關(guān)鍵工序之一。本文在廣泛調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究了淺埋暗挖法施工技術(shù)要點(diǎn)特別是淺埋暗挖法預(yù)加固技術(shù)要點(diǎn),完成了以下幾個(gè)方面的研究工作:1、闡述了各種淺埋暗挖法預(yù)加固技術(shù)措施特點(diǎn),從施工技術(shù)、施工成本及施工效果上詳細(xì)比較了水平旋噴樁預(yù)加固、大管棚預(yù)加固技術(shù)和注漿法預(yù)加固技術(shù);2、根據(jù)大管棚預(yù)加固技術(shù)和注漿預(yù)加固技術(shù)要點(diǎn),提出了新型大管棚預(yù)加固技術(shù):大管棚鋼管采用的是φ108管棚,大管棚按照2.0m~3.5m短節(jié)進(jìn)行加工并用絲扣拼接。大管棚施工采用跟管鉆進(jìn)的方式,鉆頭采用220mm鉆頭,鉆頭與108鋼管牢固連接用。同時(shí),在大管棚施工前設(shè)置定位板,并在大管棚內(nèi)設(shè)置止回閥以保證管棚的施工精度和注漿效果,提高施工效率。3、在管棚上方設(shè)置改良袖閥管,改良袖閥管采用φ42(外)×3.25mm(壁厚)鋼管。在改良袖閥管施工前用Φ6~8mm小鋁片粘“哥倆好”膠將注漿孔封蓋,并用透明膠布粘牢,防止注漿管在施工作業(yè)時(shí)泥土進(jìn)行管內(nèi)注漿芯管無法進(jìn)入。4、針對(duì)具體的工程項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行新型淺埋暗挖法施工技術(shù)方案的實(shí)施以及施工監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的研究。5、結(jié)合廣州市軌道交通五號(hào)線淘金站新型淺埋暗挖法預(yù)加固技術(shù)實(shí)施過程,總結(jié)了施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),形成了國家級(jí)工法及相關(guān)專利成果,為類似工程提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of urban rail transit in our country, subway engineering is increasing day by day. In urban underground engineering, the depth is generally shallow and the geological conditions are poor. More and more projects are constructed by the method of shallow excavation. In the process of construction, it is easy to cause large settlement of the surface, when the tunnel is near or passing through important building structures or underground pipelines. The allowable underground settlement is very strict, so the influence of construction must be strictly controlled in the construction process of shallow underground excavation. Pre-reinforcement technology is also one of the key processes to ensure the safety of shallow excavation construction. Based on the extensive investigation, this paper deeply studies the technical key points of shallow underground excavation construction, especially the pre-reinforcement technology of shallow underground excavation. This paper has completed the following research work: 1, expounded the characteristics of various shallow excavation pre-reinforcement technology measures, compared the construction technology, construction cost and construction effect of horizontal rotary grouting pile pre-reinforcement in detail. Pre-reinforcement technology of large pipe shed and pre-strengthening technology of grouting method; 2. According to the main points of pre-strengthening technology and grouting pre-strengthening technology, a new type of pre-reinforcement technology of large pipe shed is put forward: the pipe shed of large pipe shed adopts 蠁 108 pipe shed. The large pipe shed is processed according to 2.0m ~ 3.5m knots and spliced with wire buckle. The pipe shed construction adopts the way of pipe following drilling, and the drill bit adopts 220mm bit. The drill bit and 108 steel pipe are firmly connected. At the same time, the positioning plate is set up before the construction of the big pipe shed, and the check valve is installed in the large pipe shed to ensure the construction accuracy and grouting effect of the pipe shed and to improve the construction efficiency. 3. An improved sleeve valve pipe is arranged above the pipe shed. The improved sleeve valve pipe adopts 蠁 42 (outside) 脳 3.25mm (wall thickness) steel pipe. Before the improved sleeve valve pipe is constructed, the grouting hole is sealed with 桅 6 ~ (8) mm small aluminum sheet "two good" glue, and the grouting hole is cemented with transparent tape. In order to prevent grouting pipe from entering. 4, the new shallow excavation construction technical scheme and the construction monitoring technology are studied. Combined with the implementation process of the new type of shallow burying and digging pre-reinforcement technology in gold mining station of Guangzhou Rail Transit Line No. 5, the construction experience is summarized, and the national engineering method and related patent results are formed, which can be used for reference for similar projects.
