隧道施工過程多元信息可視化分析系統(tǒng)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文通過對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外圍巖分級、地質(zhì)體三維可視化及隧道施工管理系統(tǒng)的研究與總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,重點研究并完成了以下內(nèi)容:(1)研究并搭建了隧道施工過程中包括傳感器、人工監(jiān)測及地質(zhì)超前等信息的多元信息的采集系統(tǒng),將所搭建的系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用到撫松隧道工程實際中,對采集到的多元信息進(jìn)行了綜合分析。另一方面,將差異進(jìn)化(DE)算法分別于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法及有限元法(FEM)相結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)了DE-ANN算法及DE-FEM反演程序。運(yùn)用其中的DE-ANN算法對采集的傳感器信息進(jìn)行了時間序列預(yù)測,用其中的DE-FEM反演程序?qū)崴伤淼来罅繑嗝孢M(jìn)行了力學(xué)參數(shù)反演工作。(2)在分析隧道施工期圍巖動態(tài)分級的必要性且對現(xiàn)有的圍巖分級方法探討的基礎(chǔ)上,對隧道施工期圍巖分級進(jìn)行了研究。包括圍巖分級所選取的分級指標(biāo)、所采用的智能算法等。提出了考慮地質(zhì)超前預(yù)報的基于DE-ANN算法的圍巖分級方法,并結(jié)合VTK可視化實現(xiàn)了隧道施工過程三維可視化圍巖分類技術(shù)。(3)綜合考慮現(xiàn)有的三維地質(zhì)體可視化技術(shù)、隧道施工管理系統(tǒng)及實際工程需求的基礎(chǔ)上,按照軟件工程的方法,用C#語言在.NET可視化環(huán)境下,開發(fā)了“隧道施工過程多元信息可視化分析系統(tǒng)”,該系統(tǒng)可以快速的創(chuàng)建需要的模型,并且具有工程中所需的數(shù)據(jù)管理、圍巖分級、參數(shù)反分析、有限元計算等常用功能。最后將該系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用到大連地鐵及撫松隧道實際工程中,結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)具有高效地信息管理,及時、準(zhǔn)確地分析預(yù)報隧道結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定狀況的功能,為指導(dǎo)施工,確保工程安全和進(jìn)度提供了有力的工具。
[Abstract]:Based on the research and summary of classification of surrounding rock, 3D visualization of geological body and tunnel construction management system at home and abroad. Focus on the study and completion of the following content: 1) study and build the tunnel construction process, including sensors, artificial monitoring and geological advance information multi-information collection system. The system is applied to the Fusong tunnel project, and the multiple information collected is analyzed synthetically. On the other hand. The differential evolution (DED) algorithm is combined with the BP neural network algorithm and the finite element method (FEMM), respectively. The DE-ANN algorithm and the DE-FEM inversion program are implemented, and the DE-ANN algorithm is used to predict the time series of the sensor information. The mechanical parameter inversion of a large number of sections of Fusong tunnel is carried out by using the DE-FEM inversion program. Based on the analysis of the necessity of dynamic classification of surrounding rock during tunnel construction and the discussion of existing surrounding rock classification methods. The classification of surrounding rock in tunnel construction period is studied, including the classification index selected by surrounding rock classification. In this paper, a new method of surrounding rock classification based on DE-ANN algorithm is proposed, which takes geological advance prediction into account. Combined with VTK visualization, the 3D visualization surrounding rock classification technology of tunnel construction process is realized. The existing 3D geological body visualization technology is considered synthetically. On the basis of tunnel construction management system and actual engineering requirements, according to the method of software engineering, a "multi-information visualization analysis system for tunnel construction process" is developed by using C # language in .NET visual environment. The system can quickly create the required model, and has the required data management, surrounding rock classification, parameter back analysis. At last, the system is applied to Dalian subway and Fusong tunnel project. The results show that the system has high efficiency information management and timely. The function of predicting the stability of tunnel structure is analyzed accurately, which provides a powerful tool for guiding the construction and ensuring the safety and progress of the project.
