中小城市公交系統(tǒng)頻率優(yōu)化問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展,中小城市的城市規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,城市交通供求矛盾日益突出。中小城市各地政府及交通管理部門(mén)已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到“發(fā)展公共交通是改善城市交通的戰(zhàn)略選擇”,“解決城市交通問(wèn)題必須體現(xiàn)優(yōu)先發(fā)展城市公交”的原則。公交線(xiàn)路網(wǎng)是整個(gè)城市公交系統(tǒng)的根本,而公交發(fā)車(chē)頻率則決定了整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的效率,它直接影響到運(yùn)營(yíng)者的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。可以說(shuō)公交發(fā)車(chē)頻率優(yōu)化,是運(yùn)營(yíng)成功與否的關(guān)鍵。因此在中小城市發(fā)展過(guò)程中,研究中小城市公交系統(tǒng)頻率優(yōu)化問(wèn)題有利于突破公交發(fā)展的瓶頸,提升中小城市公交的吸引力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,引導(dǎo)居民選擇乘坐公交的出行,促進(jìn)中小城市公交的良性發(fā)展,顯然十分必要。本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)城市公交頻率優(yōu)化問(wèn)題分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了中小城市公交頻率影響因素并根據(jù)巴彥淖爾市臨河區(qū)的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行了分析。在Héctor Martínez和Antonio Mauttone(2014)[13]模型的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮了公交站點(diǎn)最大通行能力和城市公交車(chē)隊(duì)規(guī)模有限的條件下建立了以乘客總出行時(shí)間成本和公交企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本總體最小化為目標(biāo)的優(yōu)化模型。對(duì)本文建立的公交系統(tǒng)頻率優(yōu)化模型采用了小規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證其正確性,最后設(shè)計(jì)了一種改進(jìn)的遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解,對(duì)巴彥淖爾市臨河區(qū)的公交線(xiàn)路頻率進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,優(yōu)化結(jié)果進(jìn)一步表明所建模型的準(zhǔn)確性和算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in China, the urban scale of small and medium-sized cities is expanding. The contradiction of urban traffic supply and demand is becoming more and more prominent. Governments and traffic management departments in small and medium-sized cities have realized that "developing public transport is the strategic choice to improve urban traffic". "solving urban traffic problems must embody the principle of giving priority to the development of urban public transport". The bus network is the root of the whole urban public transport system, and the frequency of bus departure determines the efficiency of the whole network. It directly affects the service quality and economic benefits of the operators. It can be said that the bus departure frequency optimization is the key to the success of the operation, so in the development process of small and medium-sized cities. The study on the frequency optimization of public transport system in small and medium-sized cities is conducive to breaking through the bottleneck of public transport development, enhancing the attraction and competitiveness of public transport in small and medium-sized cities, and guiding residents to travel by bus. It is obviously necessary to promote the benign development of public transport in small and medium-sized cities. This paper analyzes and studies the frequency optimization of urban public transport at home and abroad. The influencing factors of public transport frequency in medium and small cities are introduced and analyzed according to the actual situation of Linhe District of Bayannur City. Considering the maximum traffic capacity of the bus station and the limited size of the city bus fleet, an optimization model with the objective of minimizing the total travel time cost of passengers and the operation cost of public transport enterprises is established. The frequency optimization model of public transportation system adopts small-scale data to verify its correctness. Finally, an improved genetic algorithm is designed to optimize the frequency of the bus line in Linhe District of Bayannur City. The optimization results further show the accuracy of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
