【摘要】：研究了存放溫度、貯運條件和貯存容器等對苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性乳化瀝青貯存穩(wěn)定性的影響.試驗結果表明,乳化瀝青的穩(wěn)定性隨著存放時間的延長而逐漸降低;存放時間相同,貯存溫度不同時,溫度越高,乳化瀝青的穩(wěn)定性越差;貯存時間相同時,在試驗室存放樣品的穩(wěn)定性比在汽車上存放的好;鋁制容器與塑料制容器存放樣品貯存穩(wěn)定性相差不大,鐵制容器存放樣品的穩(wěn)定性較差.在貯存溫度、貯運條件和貯存容器3個因素中,對乳化瀝青貯存影響最大的是鐵質容器,最小的是40℃貯存溫度.
[Abstract]:The effects of storage temperature, storage conditions and storage containers on the storage stability of styrene butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS) modified emulsified asphalt were studied. The stability of emulsified asphalt decreases with the prolongation of storage time. The same storage time, different storage temperature, the higher the temperature, the worse the stability of emulsified asphalt; When the storage time is the same, the stability of the sample stored in the laboratory is better than that in the car. The storage stability of aluminum container is not different from that of plastic container, but the stability of iron container is poor in three factors: storage temperature, storage condition and storage container.
