【摘要】:預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋在各類(lèi)型的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)中有其獨(dú)特的自身優(yōu)勢(shì),伴隨我國(guó)今些年公路交通的快速發(fā)展,其被廣泛應(yīng)用迎來(lái)了快速發(fā)展的新時(shí)代,各地預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋如雨后春筍般層出不窮。目前,簡(jiǎn)支變連續(xù)法、頂推法、懸臂澆筑法和懸臂拼裝法是預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋的主要施工方法,其中懸臂澆筑法和懸臂拼裝法應(yīng)用最廣泛。采用懸臂工法施工時(shí),為了確保橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的成橋線(xiàn)形和合攏精度滿(mǎn)足要求以及橋梁在運(yùn)營(yíng)多年后能達(dá)到預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高,必須要進(jìn)行懸臂施工監(jiān)控,而對(duì)材料的時(shí)間變化特性的把握是懸臂施工監(jiān)控成敗的關(guān)鍵,但經(jīng)作者研究發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)現(xiàn)行的橋梁設(shè)計(jì)軟件中對(duì)于砼材料的強(qiáng)度和彈性模量時(shí)變特性的考慮一般采用的是現(xiàn)行的美國(guó)規(guī)范(ACI)或歐洲規(guī)范(CEB-FIP),針對(duì)我國(guó)自己的材料時(shí)變規(guī)范目前還沒(méi)有,這就使得我國(guó)懸臂施工監(jiān)控缺乏有力的理論基礎(chǔ)。針對(duì)此現(xiàn)象本文在分析總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋發(fā)展和施工控制技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以河南省焦作市“沁河大橋”為工程背景,對(duì)大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋的施工控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,通過(guò)采用有限元軟件Midas/Civil在充分考慮材料的時(shí)變特性的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋的施工控制的特點(diǎn),建立橋梁計(jì)算模型,對(duì)整個(gè)施工過(guò)程進(jìn)行仿真分析,同時(shí)結(jié)合大橋監(jiān)控實(shí)踐,制定了沁河大橋監(jiān)控方案和具體的監(jiān)控控制措施;并依托沁河大橋(35+7*60+35)m連續(xù)梁橋?qū)Ρ痊F(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)常用的美國(guó)規(guī)范和歐洲規(guī)范及考慮材料真實(shí)時(shí)變特性三種方法在懸臂施工監(jiān)控中的預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果與真實(shí)施工實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果的吻合度,證實(shí)了基于材料時(shí)變特性的懸臂梁橋施工監(jiān)控的控制效果良好,提出了對(duì)于預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋施工監(jiān)控的新方法,豐富了我國(guó)橋梁施工監(jiān)控技術(shù),本次的研究工作可作為今后同類(lèi)橋梁施工監(jiān)控的參考。
[Abstract]:Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has its own unique advantages in various types of bridge structure. With the rapid development of highway traffic in China, it has been widely used in a new era of rapid development. Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges are springing up all over the place. At present, simple support method, jacking method, cantilever pouring method and cantilever assembly method are the main construction methods of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge. The cantilever casting method and cantilever assembly method are most widely used. In order to ensure that the bridge alignment and closure accuracy meet the requirements and that the bridge can reach the expected design elevation after many years of operation, it is necessary to carry out cantilever construction monitoring. The key to the success or failure of cantilever construction monitoring is to grasp the time variation characteristics of the material. However, through the author's research, it is found that in the current bridge design software in China, the time-varying properties of strength and elastic modulus of concrete materials are generally considered in the current American Code (ACI) or the European Code (. CEB-FIP). At present, there are no time-varying specifications for our own materials. This makes the cantilever construction monitoring lack of a strong theoretical basis. In view of this phenomenon, this paper analyzes and summarizes the development of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge and construction control technology development status quo at home and abroad. Based on "Qinhe Bridge" in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, the construction control technology of long-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge is studied. Based on the time-varying characteristics of materials and the characteristics of construction control of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge, the bridge calculation model is established by using finite element software Midas/Civil. The whole construction process is simulated and analyzed. At the same time, combined with the bridge monitoring practice, Qinhe Bridge monitoring scheme and specific monitoring and control measures are formulated. And relying on the Qinhe River Bridge. M continuous beam bridges are compared with the three methods commonly used in the design of American code and European code and considering the real time-varying characteristics of materials in the cantilever construction monitoring. The prediction results are consistent with the actual construction results. It is proved that the control effect of cantilever beam bridge construction monitoring based on material time-varying characteristics is good, and a new method for construction monitoring of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge is put forward, which enriches the bridge construction monitoring technology in China. This research work can be used as a reference for similar bridge construction monitoring in the future.
