【摘要】:隨著國內(nèi)路面冷再生機(jī)市場競爭的進(jìn)一步加劇,冷再生機(jī)作業(yè)的可靠性是其參與市場競爭的核心競爭力。工作轉(zhuǎn)子作為冷再生機(jī)的核心部件,其穩(wěn)定性直接影響工程的施工進(jìn)度,決定施工周期,因此提高工作轉(zhuǎn)子可靠性具有重要意義。本文介紹了應(yīng)用六西格瑪DMADV方法論提高工作轉(zhuǎn)子可靠性的過程。在定義階段,通過對客戶之聲的分解,將冷再生機(jī)工作轉(zhuǎn)子平均無故障時(shí)間和拌和能力作為本課題的關(guān)鍵評價(jià)指標(biāo)。在測量階段,通過QFD-Ⅰ將得分較高的用戶需求轉(zhuǎn)化為設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),同時(shí)對設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的重要度等級進(jìn)行排序,再通過DFMEA失效模式分析,得出需在后續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)工作中重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。在分析階段,通過QFD-Ⅱ質(zhì)量機(jī)能展開,將設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化為部件特性,再通過TRIZ技術(shù)沖突矩陣分別對刀桿脫落、刀座脫落、邊刀壽命、拌和能力以及刀頭磨損均勻性進(jìn)行分析,找到其對應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)概念。在設(shè)計(jì)階段,通過設(shè)計(jì)需求的再確認(rèn),分別對焊縫高度、邊刀桿排布、刀桿垂直度、刀座定位以及刀座耐磨性等設(shè)計(jì)需求尋找對策,再通過關(guān)鍵因子分析,確定最后的設(shè)計(jì)輸出,再通過質(zhì)量機(jī)能展開QFD-Ⅲ,將部件特性轉(zhuǎn)化為工藝特性,并對流程需求重要度進(jìn)行排序,確定后續(xù)的制造流程控制。在驗(yàn)證階段,通過制定詳細(xì)的驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃,驗(yàn)證轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)平衡量等級、焊縫高度以及場地作業(yè)過程中拌和能力以及無故障工作時(shí)間,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果均表明設(shè)計(jì)輸出符合預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)要求。本文利用六西格瑪方法對轉(zhuǎn)子可靠性進(jìn)行研究,通過控制刀桿焊接高度、控制刀桿和刀座的定位精度、設(shè)定合理的動(dòng)平衡等級、優(yōu)化刀具排布,解決了冷再生機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子刀桿脫落、刀座脫落、刀頭偏磨、轉(zhuǎn)子拌和銑刨能力不強(qiáng)、拌和不均勻等問題,提高了冷再生機(jī)工作轉(zhuǎn)子的可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the further aggravation of the market competition of the road surface cold regenerator, the reliability of the cold regenerator operation is the core competitiveness of its participation in the market competition. The working rotor is the core component of the cold regenerator. Its stability directly affects the construction progress and determines the construction cycle. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the reliability of the working rotor. This paper introduces the process of improving the reliability of the working rotor by using the six Sigma DMADV methodology. In the definition stage, the decomposition of the voice of the customer is carried out. The average failure free time and mixing ability of the working rotor of the cold regenerator are taken as the key evaluation indexes in this paper.
