【摘要】：為了解決深圳市市區(qū)超飽和的交通狀態(tài),深圳市軌道三期工程地鐵七號(hào)線工程主體即將開工建設(shè)前的交通疏解工程。此次建設(shè)地鐵七號(hào)線規(guī)劃是在華強(qiáng)北設(shè)置一個(gè)大型綜合性的地下樞紐換乘站,起到連通地鐵1號(hào)線、2號(hào)線、3號(hào)線及華強(qiáng)北地下空間,形成一個(gè)以地鐵換乘、商業(yè)購(gòu)物、電子批發(fā)整體地下空間。然而華強(qiáng)北是深圳市交通最為擁擠的區(qū)域之一,此次地鐵建設(shè)施工地段處于既有城區(qū),人流、車輛、商業(yè)非常密集。因此地鐵建設(shè)對(duì)整個(gè)華強(qiáng)北區(qū)域的社會(huì)交通、人行交通、公共交通、商業(yè)氛圍造成很大的影響,而地鐵施工將進(jìn)一步加劇華強(qiáng)北區(qū)域內(nèi)外交通供需矛盾。為了此次地鐵建設(shè)順利進(jìn)行,及最大程度減少對(duì)周邊既有環(huán)境的影響,根據(jù)地鐵主體設(shè)計(jì)圖紙及整體結(jié)構(gòu)施工的特性,結(jié)合施工組織方案,本文深入分析研究地鐵施工期間對(duì)華強(qiáng)北區(qū)域交通、商業(yè)氛圍造成的影響。然后根據(jù)分析結(jié)果制定出相應(yīng)的多個(gè)方案,最后對(duì)多個(gè)方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化對(duì)比,選出最適合的方案。方案如下:采取封閉華強(qiáng)北路、地鐵建設(shè)區(qū)域全封閉圍擋施工,以達(dá)到隔離行人、社會(huì)車輛與施工場(chǎng)地的接觸,同時(shí)實(shí)施交通疏解以保證地鐵施工期間華強(qiáng)北區(qū)域的車輛通暢、行人安全、、施工區(qū)域外的整潔性,通過(guò)一系列的措施讓社會(huì)交通、公共交通、人行交通得到合理分流重組,以保障華強(qiáng)北商業(yè)正常開展,最大程度減少地鐵施工期間對(duì)周邊環(huán)境造成的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the traffic situation in Shenzhen. Shenzhen Railway Phase 3 Subway Line 7 Project the main part of the subway line 7 project will soon start construction of the traffic dredging project. The plan for the construction of the subway line 7 is to set up a large comprehensive underground hub transfer station in the north of Hua-Qiang. Connect Metro Line 1, Line 2, Line 3 and Underground Space of Hua-Qiang North to form a subway transfer, commercial shopping. Electronic wholesale whole underground space. However, Hua-Qiang North is one of the most congested areas in Shenzhen City. The subway construction is located in the existing urban area, people flow, vehicles. Therefore, subway construction has a great impact on the social transportation, pedestrian traffic, public transportation and commercial atmosphere of the whole Hua-Qiangbei area. The subway construction will further aggravate the contradiction between internal and external traffic supply and demand. In order to carry out the subway construction smoothly and minimize the impact on the surrounding existing environment. According to the characteristics of subway main body design drawings and integral structure construction, combined with the construction organization plan, this paper deeply analyzes and studies the traffic in Hua-Qiang North area during the subway construction period. Then according to the results of the analysis to formulate a number of corresponding plans, and finally to optimize the comparison of the multiple schemes, choose the most suitable scheme. The plan is as follows: take closed Hua-Qiang North Road. In order to isolate pedestrians, social vehicles and construction site, the subway construction area will be completely enclosed in the construction area. Meanwhile, the traffic will be dredged to ensure the smooth flow of vehicles and the safety of pedestrians in Hua-Qiang North area during the subway construction period. Outside the construction area neatness, through a series of measures to make social traffic, public transport, pedestrian traffic reasonable diversion reorganization, in order to ensure the normal development of commercial Hua-Qiang North. Minimize the impact of subway construction on the surrounding environment.
