【摘要】:隨著西部大開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的深入以及呼和浩特市東部地區(qū)建設(shè)的推進(jìn),特別是呼和浩特市火車(chē)東站的建成通車(chē),呼市現(xiàn)有的公路客運(yùn)站已不能滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的旅客運(yùn)輸需求。為促進(jìn)呼市的公路運(yùn)輸建設(shè)、緩解公路壓力、提高旅客周轉(zhuǎn)率,規(guī)劃建設(shè)新的汽車(chē)客運(yùn)樞紐站具有非常重要的戰(zhàn)略意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。探討汽車(chē)客運(yùn)站布局原則,分析汽車(chē)客運(yùn)站規(guī)劃建設(shè)的影響因素;分析呼和浩特市現(xiàn)有汽車(chē)客運(yùn)站的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,指出建設(shè)呼市汽車(chē)客運(yùn)東樞紐站的必要性;立足該市的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合綜合運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展趨勢(shì),采用回歸分析法、彈性系數(shù)法、組合預(yù)測(cè)法對(duì)其社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)與客運(yùn)需求量進(jìn)行科學(xué)、合理的預(yù)測(cè);分別從經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、財(cái)務(wù)分析、不確定性分析、宏觀社會(huì)效益評(píng)價(jià)方面,分析了呼和浩特汽車(chē)客運(yùn)東樞紐站建設(shè)經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性、目前建設(shè)進(jìn)展情況及建設(shè)過(guò)程中遇到的困難,對(duì)城市汽車(chē)客運(yùn)樞紐站的規(guī)劃建設(shè)提出相應(yīng)的建議。研究確定呼和浩特市汽車(chē)客運(yùn)東樞紐站的建設(shè)規(guī)模為一級(jí)客運(yùn)站:設(shè)計(jì)年度旅客日發(fā)送量為20000人次,旅客最高聚集人數(shù)為1600人,30個(gè)有效發(fā)車(chē)位數(shù),日發(fā)986班次,平均運(yùn)距為160公里;站址位于呼市火車(chē)東站北側(cè),萬(wàn)通路以東,東站北街以南?瓦\(yùn)站總平面布置確保站內(nèi)客運(yùn)生產(chǎn)順暢有序、作業(yè)高效,并充分實(shí)現(xiàn)客運(yùn)站場(chǎng)所有功能。
[Abstract]:With the development of the western region and the construction of the eastern part of Hohhot, especially the construction of the East Railway Station in Hohhot. The existing highway passenger station can not meet the increasing demand of passenger transportation. In order to promote the construction of highway transportation, alleviate the road pressure and improve the passenger turnover rate. It is of great strategic and practical significance to plan and build a new passenger terminal station. This paper discusses the layout principle of automobile passenger station and analyzes the influencing factors of the planning and construction of automobile passenger station. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the existing automobile passenger station in Hohhot, and points out the necessity of constructing the East Huhhot passenger Transport Station. Based on the current situation of social and economic development in the city, combined with the development trend of comprehensive transportation, the regression analysis method, elastic coefficient method and combination forecasting method are used to forecast the demand of social economy and passenger transport scientifically and reasonably. From the aspects of economic benefit, financial analysis, uncertainty analysis and macro social benefit evaluation, this paper analyzes the economic feasibility of construction of Huhhot East passenger Transport Station. At present, the progress of the construction and the difficulties encountered in the construction process. This paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the planning and construction of the urban automobile passenger transport hub station, and studies and determines the construction scale of the Huhhot automobile passenger passenger terminal station as the first class passenger transport station. The designed annual passenger daily delivery capacity is 20000. The maximum number of passengers gathered is 1600, 30 valid departure spaces, 986 flights per day, the average distance is 160 km; The station is located on the north side of East Huhou Railway Station, east of Wan Dao Road and south of North Street of East Station. The general layout of passenger station ensures smooth and orderly passenger transport production, efficient operation and full realization of all functions of passenger station yard.
