【摘要】:在氣候變化背景下,北冰洋"西北航道"開通預期提前,為我國能源戰(zhàn)略帶來良好的發(fā)展機遇,同時其社會政治效應及氣候變化和影響的復雜性、不確定性也使該航道面臨潛在風險和挑戰(zhàn)。引進風險分析的理論和方法,對全球氣候變化對影響"西北航道"的自然環(huán)境開展研究。針對氣候變化對"西北航道"自然環(huán)境潛在風險要素進行梳理,構(gòu)建危險性評價指標體系,對自然災害危險性進行綜合定量的評估區(qū)劃。
[Abstract]:Under the background of climate change, the Arctic Ocean "Northwest Passage" is expected to open ahead of schedule, which brings good development opportunities for China's energy strategy, at the same time, its social and political effects and the complexity of climate change and impact. Uncertainty also makes the channel face potential risks and challenges. The theory and method of risk analysis are introduced. This paper studies the influence of global climate change on the natural environment of "Northwest Passage". In view of climate change, the potential risk factors of the natural environment of "Northwest Passage" are sorted out, and the risk assessment index system is constructed. The risk of natural disasters is assessed quantitatively and synthetically.
