【摘要】:為保證公路隧道的有效節(jié)能和防災(zāi)應(yīng)急照明,利用蓄能發(fā)光多功能材料涂裝了隧道壁面。通過室內(nèi)模型試驗(yàn)和工程實(shí)測,研究了蓄能發(fā)光多功能涂料在公路隧道中的輔助增光和應(yīng)急引導(dǎo)照明性能。結(jié)果表明:在公路隧道兩側(cè)墻面涂裝蓄能發(fā)光多功能材料,不僅可以增光增亮和有效減少不同照明燈具的照明功率,還可以明顯消除隧道進(jìn)出口的"黑洞"、"盲光"現(xiàn)象,提高隧道內(nèi)照明均勻度,消除隧道路面和墻面的光斑現(xiàn)象,有利于行車安全;有助于提高人眼視覺功效,增加小物體可視距離,在緊急情況下可提高司駕人員大于1.3 s以上的安全處置儲(chǔ)備時(shí)間;蓄能發(fā)光多功能材料具有較強(qiáng)的煙霧穿透能力,在隧道墻面涂裝可達(dá)到黑暗和高煙霧濃度環(huán)境下的應(yīng)急逃生誘導(dǎo)指示照明效果;蓄能發(fā)光多功能材料涂裝隧道壁面在美觀裝飾的同時(shí),既防火阻燃、耐污染,又達(dá)到了應(yīng)急逃生照明和節(jié)能的作用,克服了傳統(tǒng)的逃生指示裝置在火災(zāi)時(shí)的引導(dǎo)效果缺陷。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the effective energy saving and emergency lighting of highway tunnel, the wall of the tunnel was coated with energy storage and luminous multifunctional materials. The indoor model test and engineering measurement were carried out. In this paper, the auxiliary luminescence and emergency guidance lighting performance of the energy storage multifunctional coating in highway tunnel is studied. The results show that the energy storage multifunctional material is coated on the wall of both sides of the highway tunnel. It can not only increase the brightness and reduce the lighting power of different lighting lamps, but also obviously eliminate the "black hole" and "blind light" phenomenon at the entrance and exit of the tunnel, and improve the uniformity of lighting in the tunnel. Eliminating the phenomenon of light spot on tunnel pavement and wall is beneficial to driving safety; It is helpful to improve the visual effect of human eyes, increase the visual distance of small objects, and increase the safe disposal storage time of the driver more than 1.3 s in case of emergency. The energy storage multifunctional material has strong smoke penetration ability, and coating on the tunnel wall can achieve the emergency escape guidance indication lighting effect under the dark and high smoke concentration environment. Energy storage multifunctional material coating tunnel wall in the beautiful decoration at the same time, not only fire and flame retardant, anti-pollution, but also achieve emergency escape lighting and energy saving role. It overcomes the defect of the guidance effect of the traditional escape indicating device in the fire.
