【摘要】：針對(duì)公路正交異性連續(xù)鋼箱梁橋,以適用于工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)為目標(biāo),運(yùn)用模塊化原理對(duì)箱梁縱、橫向的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了探討。在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的正交異性橋面板進(jìn)行參數(shù)分析,結(jié)果表明加勁肋的剛性與橫隔板間距有著密切關(guān)系;基于梁格法引入了有效寬度系數(shù)來簡化分析剪力滯與局部穩(wěn)定對(duì)箱梁承載能力的影響,解決了設(shè)計(jì)人員在新老規(guī)范過渡期進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)遇到的計(jì)算工作量大、分析效率低的問題。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the orthotropic continuous steel box girder bridge of highway, the standardized design of longitudinal and transverse box girder is discussed by using the modularization principle, aiming at the application of the bridge in industrial production. The parameter analysis of orthotropic bridge deck with standard parts shows that the rigidity of stiffener is closely related to the distance between transverse spacers. The effective width coefficient is introduced to simplify the analysis of the influence of shear lag and local stability on the bearing capacity of box girder based on the beam lattice method. It solves the problem that the designer has a lot of calculation workload and low analysis efficiency in the transition period of new and old codes.
