【摘要】:為了研究早齡期混凝土在養(yǎng)生條件下的濕度發(fā)展規(guī)律,采用濕度傳感器對(duì)早齡期混凝土內(nèi)部的相對(duì)濕度(RH)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,分析了3個(gè)水灰比試件在3種養(yǎng)生方式下的早齡期混凝土水分遷移規(guī)律,建立了考慮養(yǎng)生因子的早齡期混凝土在外部干燥條件下的一維水分遷移模型,并以試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)模型的有效性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。研究結(jié)果表明:水灰比對(duì)混凝土自干燥效應(yīng)的影響較大,水灰比越小,自干燥程度越大;空氣養(yǎng)生下混凝土內(nèi)部的濕度降低速率大于養(yǎng)護(hù)劑和水養(yǎng)生下的降低速率;同時(shí)考慮自干燥和外部干燥效應(yīng)的混凝土的濕度變化對(duì)養(yǎng)生方式較為敏感;在水分遷移模型的狄利克雷邊界條件中引入養(yǎng)生因子的概念能較好地描述養(yǎng)生條件下早齡期混凝土的水分遷移規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In order to study the law of humidity development of early age concrete under health condition, the relative humidity (RH) of early age concrete was measured by humidity sensor. In this paper, the water migration law of the early age concrete of three water-cement ratio specimens under three different ways of curing was analyzed, and the one-dimensional water migration model of the early age concrete considering the health factors was established under the condition of external drying. Based on the experimental data, the validity of the model is verified. The results show that the water-cement ratio has a greater effect on the self-drying effect of concrete, and the smaller the water-cement ratio, the greater the self-drying degree. The decreasing rate of humidity in concrete under air curing condition is higher than that under curing agent and water curing condition. At the same time, the moisture change of concrete considering self-drying and external drying effect is more sensitive to the way of health preservation. Introducing the concept of health factor into the Delikley boundary condition of water transfer model can better describe the water migration law of early age concrete under the condition of health preservation.
