【摘要】：2008年金融危機爆發(fā),全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展受到制約,增長速度減緩。為保證我國實體經(jīng)濟的安全過度及平穩(wěn)增長,國務院提出大力發(fā)展高速鐵路等基礎設施建設的中長期規(guī)劃,而京津城際鐵路延伸線作為京津城際鐵路的路段,受到了廣泛關注和重視。本文以京津城際鐵路延伸線為研究對象,對其施工地質環(huán)境及特點進行分析,得出其與其他建設項目的不同之處,提出對其軟土層大直徑泥水盾構施工風險進行管理的研究主題。首先,對研究背景、意義以及風險管理國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了闡述,并在此基礎上,提出本文的研究內(nèi)容、方法及技術路線。其次,對施工風險管理相關理論知識進行梳理,為后續(xù)施工風險管理奠定理論基礎。然后,以軟土層大直徑泥水盾構項目為施工風險研究對象,采用初始風險清單法、專家調(diào)查法和現(xiàn)場調(diào)查法對其施工風險進行識別,并在此基礎上,采用模糊網(wǎng)絡分析法對其施工風險進行評估。然而,京津城際鐵路延伸線軟土層大直徑泥水盾構施工風險評估結果較低離不開有效的施工風險控制。因此,文章最后針對軟土層施工安全風險和技術風險通過制定有效控制措施進行有效規(guī)避,針對質量風險則采用流程控制,從工藝設計到施工,最后到養(yǎng)護形成整體質量風險有效控制措施,而針對經(jīng)濟風險、組織協(xié)調(diào)風險和管理風險則是通過建立施工風險控制體系,完善施工風險控制制度,制定施工風險控制措施和控制應急救援預案加以有效規(guī)避。最后,對本文所做工作及未來研究方向進行了總結。
[Abstract]:In 2008, the financial crisis broke out, the global economic development was restricted, the growth rate slowed down. In order to ensure the security of the real economy of our country excessive and steady growth. The State Council has proposed a long-term plan for the development of high-speed railway and other infrastructure construction, while the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway extension is the link of Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway. This paper takes the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway extension as the research object, analyzes its construction geological environment and characteristics, and finds out the difference between the project and other construction projects. Put forward the soft soil layer of large diameter muddy water shield construction risk management research theme. Firstly, the research background, significance and risk management research status at home and abroad are described, and on this basis. Put forward the research content, method and technical route of this paper. Secondly, comb the related theoretical knowledge of construction risk management, lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up construction risk management. Then. Taking the large-diameter mud-water shield project in soft soil as the construction risk research object, the initial risk list method, the expert investigation method and the field investigation method are used to identify the construction risk, and on this basis. Fuzzy network analysis method is used to evaluate the construction risk. However, the construction risk assessment results of the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway extension line in the soft soil layer with large diameter mud water shield are relatively low. Therefore, effective construction risk control is necessary. Finally, aiming at the safety risk and technical risk of soft soil construction, effective control measures are established to avoid effectively, and process control is used to control quality risk, from process design to construction. Finally, the maintenance of the overall quality risk effective control measures, and in view of economic risks, the organization of risk coordination and management risk through the establishment of construction risk control system, improve the construction risk control system. Make construction risk control measures and control emergency rescue plan to be effectively circumvented. Finally, the work done in this paper and the future research direction are summarized.
