【摘要】:為更好地指導(dǎo)復(fù)式航道港口拖輪資源的配置,構(gòu)建了拖輪作業(yè)仿真模型;趶(fù)式航道的特點(diǎn),給出了基于Arena的仿真模型,并嵌入了以拖輪耗油總成本最小為目標(biāo)的作業(yè)調(diào)度優(yōu)化模型;給出了嵌入啟發(fā)式規(guī)則的遺傳算法用于求解該模型;并通過(guò)多次仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),兼顧拖輪的作業(yè)耗油總成本和閑置率,篩選出當(dāng)前的最優(yōu)配置方案;通過(guò)拖輪閑置率隨船舶類型和數(shù)量變化的仿真分析,并結(jié)合未來(lái)船舶大型化的趨勢(shì),給出了未來(lái)的拖輪最佳配置方案。
[Abstract]:In order to better guide the configuration of tugboat resources in duplex channel port, the simulation model of tugboat operation is constructed. Based on the characteristics of duplex waterway, the simulation model based on Arena is presented. A scheduling optimization model with the goal of minimum total fuel consumption cost of tug is embedded in the model. A genetic algorithm embedded in heuristic rules is presented to solve the model. And through many simulation experiments, considering the total cost of oil consumption and idle rate of tug, the optimal configuration scheme is selected. Based on the simulation analysis of the idle rate of tugs with the change of ship type and quantity and combined with the trend of ship size in the future, the optimal configuration scheme of tug ship in the future is given.
