【摘要】:暴露于環(huán)境侵蝕下的鋼-混凝土組合梁橋,其結(jié)構(gòu)的性能會(huì)隨著服役時(shí)間而發(fā)生退化。因此為了保證組合梁橋全壽命期間的安全性能,需要對(duì)其進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和維修。然而,不恰當(dāng)?shù)木S修會(huì)導(dǎo)致組合梁全壽命成本過(guò)高。因此,本文采用馬爾科夫過(guò)程對(duì)組合梁橋全壽命成本以及維修策略進(jìn)行研究,主要研究工作包括:(1)研究了環(huán)境侵蝕下鋼-混凝土組合梁結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性,著重分析了組成組合梁部件的混凝土、栓釘以及鋼梁的耐久性。通過(guò)查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),給出了混凝土強(qiáng)度老化、栓釘截面損失以及鋼梁截面損失隨時(shí)間變化的耐久性模型;在耐久性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮環(huán)境侵蝕作用下混凝土老化、栓釘銹蝕、鋼梁銹蝕效應(yīng)對(duì)組合梁彎曲抗力的影響,建立了環(huán)境作用下鋼-混凝土組合梁彎曲抗力退化模型,并分析了鋼-混凝土組合梁橋構(gòu)件和體系時(shí)變可靠度。(2)研究了環(huán)境作用下圓形鋼管混凝土組合短柱的耐久性,著重分析了組合短柱鋼管的耐久性;利用鋼材腐蝕隨時(shí)間變化的指數(shù)模型,綜合考慮了荷載和環(huán)境侵蝕對(duì)圓形鋼管混凝土短柱軸壓承載能力的影響,建立了圓形鋼管混凝土短柱軸壓抗力時(shí)變模型,分析了短柱軸壓抗力的時(shí)變可靠度指標(biāo);分析了三種因素:不同環(huán)境、荷載比、鋼管壁厚對(duì)組合短柱軸壓抗力時(shí)變可靠度指標(biāo)的影響。(3)研究了鋼-混凝土組合梁橋全壽命成本的構(gòu)成,建立了組合梁橋全壽命成本經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)模型;以組合梁全壽命總成本最小為目標(biāo),組合梁橋的目標(biāo)可靠度指標(biāo)為約束,建立了基于MDP的鋼-混凝土組合梁橋全壽命成本分析模型;采用實(shí)例具體分析了鋼-混凝土組合梁全壽命成本模型,深入研究了組合梁全壽命各階段成本以及最優(yōu)維修策略,研究了結(jié)構(gòu)初始彎曲抗力、侵蝕環(huán)境、失效成本、折現(xiàn)率因素對(duì)全壽命總成本以及維修策略的影響。
[Abstract]:The structural performance of steel-concrete composite beam bridges exposed to environmental erosion will degrade with the service time, so in order to ensure the safety performance of composite beam bridges during their lifetime. It needs to be inspected and repaired. However, improper maintenance will lead to the high total life cost of composite beam. Therefore, this paper uses Markov process to study the whole life cost and maintenance strategy of composite beam bridge. The main research work includes: (1) the durability of steel-concrete composite beam structures under environmental erosion is studied, and the concrete components of composite beams are emphatically analyzed. Durability of studs and steel beams. The durability models of aging strength of concrete, cross-section loss of studs and cross-section losses of steel beams with time are given by referring to domestic and foreign literatures. On the basis of durability analysis, the effects of concrete aging, pin corrosion and steel beam corrosion on the bending resistance of composite beams are considered comprehensively. The degradation model of bending resistance of steel-concrete composite beams under environmental action is established. The durability of circular concrete-filled steel tubular composite short columns under environmental action is studied, with emphasis on the durability of composite short columns. Based on the exponential model of steel corrosion varying with time and considering the influence of load and environmental erosion on the bearing capacity of circular concrete-filled steel tubular short columns, a time-varying model of axial compression resistance of circular concrete filled steel tubular short columns is established. The time-varying reliability index of axial compression resistance of short columns is analyzed. This paper analyzes three factors: the influence of different environment, load ratio, steel tube wall thickness on the time-varying reliability index of axial compression resistance of composite short columns. The composition of life cost of steel-concrete composite beam bridge is studied. The economic evaluation model of the whole life cost of composite girder bridge is established. Taking the minimum total life cost of composite beam as the goal and the reliability index of composite beam bridge as the constraint, the model of steel-concrete composite beam bridge life cost analysis based on MDP is established. The life cost model of steel-concrete composite beam is analyzed with an example. The cost of every stage of life and the optimal maintenance strategy of composite beam are deeply studied. The initial bending resistance of structure and the environment of erosion are also studied. Effect of failure cost, discount factor on total life cost and maintenance strategy.
