【摘要】:預(yù)應(yīng)力梁的生產(chǎn)是橋梁建設(shè)中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。傳統(tǒng)預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉施工工藝存在測(cè)量設(shè)備精度不夠、人工操作誤差大、同步性差、持荷時(shí)間不夠等諸多缺陷。本文針對(duì)上述實(shí)際問(wèn)題,響應(yīng)高速公路建設(shè)信息化、精細(xì)化管理的有關(guān)要求,依托某在建高速公路項(xiàng)目,應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)通信、傳感器技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了一套橋梁預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉精細(xì)化施工監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崟r(shí)采集監(jiān)測(cè)張拉力和鋼絞線伸長(zhǎng)量,自動(dòng)精確控制張拉應(yīng)力及張拉過(guò)程的同步性、對(duì)稱性,能夠自動(dòng)生成報(bào)表并實(shí)時(shí)上傳共享到信息管理平臺(tái),方便各級(jí)管理人員及時(shí)掌握預(yù)制梁場(chǎng)和橋梁預(yù)應(yīng)力施工質(zhì)量情況,達(dá)到“實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)、智能控制、精細(xì)化管理”效果,具有非常重要的工程實(shí)踐意義。1、對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉施工工藝及技術(shù)規(guī)范進(jìn)行了研究,采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)思路,設(shè)計(jì)了包括預(yù)應(yīng)力施工張拉主機(jī)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制器、遠(yuǎn)程信息管理平臺(tái)三部分的預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉精細(xì)化施工監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。2、對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉施工張拉主機(jī)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制器進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)。張拉主機(jī)部分主要對(duì)中央處理模塊、傳感器模塊及執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制器主要對(duì)中央處理器、無(wú)線數(shù)傳模塊、GPRS無(wú)線通信模塊、存儲(chǔ)模塊進(jìn)行硬件設(shè)計(jì)。3、采用B/S構(gòu)架設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉遠(yuǎn)程信息管理系統(tǒng),對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程信息管理系統(tǒng)的模塊設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、軟件界面設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)敘述。本文的研究成果在預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉施工及監(jiān)管方面,有效克服傳統(tǒng)施工工藝的缺點(diǎn),彌補(bǔ)人工操作的不足,對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力施工過(guò)程中存在的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題加以監(jiān)督和管理,提高了張拉過(guò)程的施工質(zhì)量和管理水平。
[Abstract]:The production of prestressed beam is the key link in the bridge construction. The traditional prestressing tensioning construction technology has insufficient precision of measuring equipment, large error of manual operation and poor synchronicity. In view of the above practical problems, this paper, in response to the highway construction information, detailed management requirements, relying on a highway project under construction, the application of modern computer communications. The sensor technology has developed and designed a set of bridge prestressed tensioning fine construction monitoring system which can collect and monitor the tensioning force and the elongation of the steel strand in real time. Automatic accurate control of tension stress and tension process synchronization, symmetry, can automatically generate reports and real-time upload and share to the information management platform. It is convenient for managers at all levels to grasp the construction quality of prefabricated beam yard and bridge in time and achieve the effect of "real-time monitoring, intelligent control and fine management", which has very important practical significance .1. The construction technology and technical specification of prestressed tensioning are studied. The modular design idea is used to design the prestressing tensioning mainframe and field controller. Remote information management platform three parts of the prestressed tensioning fine construction monitoring system .2. The prestressing tensioning construction tensioning mainframe and field controller are designed and developed. The main tensioning main part is the central processing module. The sensor module and actuators are designed for hardware and software. The field controller mainly designs the central processor, wireless data transmission module and GPRS wireless communication module, and the storage module carries on the hardware design .3. The prestressing tensioning remote information management system is designed and developed by using the B / S frame. The module design and database design of the remote information management system are presented. The software interface design is described in detail. The research results of this paper effectively overcome the shortcomings of the traditional construction technology and make up for the shortage of manual operation in the aspects of prestressing tensioning construction and supervision. The quality problems existing in the process of prestress construction are supervised and managed, and the construction quality and management level of the tensioning process are improved.
