【摘要】:隨著我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)快速發(fā)展,在交通、水利水電、礦山等領(lǐng)域中對隧道工程的修建需求量日益增加。然而,在隧道施工過程中,由于地下水文地質(zhì)條件十分復(fù)雜,極易發(fā)生突水等地質(zhì)災(zāi)害。因此,施工安全的保證成為隧道工程中亟待解決的重大工程難題。針對上述問題,本文根據(jù)BEAM(Bore-tunneling Electrical Ahead Monitoring)技術(shù)中的掃描模式,采用有限單元法對TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine)施工過程中遇到的一些異常地質(zhì)情況進(jìn)行正演計(jì)算。本文主要研究工作:首先,為了判斷掌子面前方是否存在異常地質(zhì)體,采用BEAM技術(shù)中掃描模式的單電極方式,根據(jù)視電阻率變化百分比曲線的趨勢,判斷異常地質(zhì)體是否存在。其次,為了判別異常地質(zhì)體位于掌子面正前方還是旁側(cè),通過比較兩者視電阻率變化百分比曲線之間的差異,達(dá)到判斷異常地質(zhì)體位于正前方還是旁側(cè)的目的。最后,為進(jìn)一步解決旁側(cè)異物干擾的問題,采用BEAM技術(shù)中掃描模式,選取多個刀頭作為主電極,刀盤的旋轉(zhuǎn)帶動刀頭旋轉(zhuǎn),掃描整個刀盤平面,通過建立偽色彩圖和分析其異常特性,判斷異常地質(zhì)體的空間位置。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)異常地質(zhì)體距離刀盤較遠(yuǎn)的時候,采用BEAM技術(shù)中掃描模式的單電極方式,通過視電阻率變化百分比曲線判斷出異常地質(zhì)體的存在;當(dāng)異常地質(zhì)體距離刀盤較近的時候,采用BEAM技術(shù)中的掃描模式,通過觀測偽色彩圖確定異物與刀盤中心軸線之間的位置關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and modernization of our country in transportation, water conservancy and hydropower, mining and other fields in the construction demand of tunnel engineering is increasing. However, in the tunnel construction process, due to the underground hydrogeological condition is very complex, prone to geological disasters such as water inrush. Therefore, the construction safety has become a major problem to ensure the engineering to solve the tunnel engineering. Aiming at the above problems, according to the BEAM (Bore-tunneling Electrical Ahead Monitoring) technique in scanning mode, the TBM using the finite element method (Tunnel Boring Machine) the construction of some abnormal geological conditions encountered in the process of forward calculation. The main research work of this paper: firstly, in order to determine whether in front of the face abnormal geological body, using a single electrode scanning mode in BEAM technology, according to the percentage changes in apparent resistivity curve trend, abnormal geological body Whether or not exist. Secondly, in order to distinguish abnormal geological body in front of the face or side, by comparing the differences between the apparent resistivity change percentage curve, to determine the abnormal geological body is located in front of or beside the purpose. Finally, in order to further solve the problem of lateral foreign interference, using the scanning mode of BEAM technology, choose more than one the cutter head is used as the main electrode, the cutter rotation drives the cutter head to rotate, the scanning plane of the cutter head, through the establishment and analysis of the abnormal characteristics of pseudo color map, determine the spatial position abnormal geological body. The results show that when the abnormal geological body cutter distance is far, the single electrode scanning mode of BEAM technology the apparent resistivity curve by the percentage changes in determining the abnormal geological body; when the abnormal geological body distance closer to the cutter, the scanning mode by BEAM technology. To determine the observed pseudo color map the relationship between the position of foreign body and the cutter central axis.
