【摘要】：數(shù)據(jù)顯示,90%以上的重特大交通事故有營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛參與,近年來重特大事故數(shù)量總體上呈下降趨勢(shì),但2010年重特大事故數(shù)量有明顯反彈,且死亡和受傷的絕對(duì)人數(shù)仍然較高,營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛安全水平仍亟待提高。交管部門統(tǒng)計(jì)表明道路交通事故90%以上為駕駛?cè)艘蛩?少部分為車輛因素、道路因素。不安全駕駛行為是駕駛?cè)艘蛩氐闹饕绊懼笜?biāo)之一,典型不安全駕駛行為引發(fā)事故所占的比例在50%以上。因此,針對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛不安全駕駛行為監(jiān)測(cè)方法進(jìn)行研究,提高營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛安全管理水平具有重要的意義。論文主要進(jìn)行了三個(gè)方面的研究:(1)對(duì)2004-2012年《道路交通事故統(tǒng)計(jì)年報(bào)》、“十一五”期間廣東省營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛交通事故案例、相關(guān)論文及研究報(bào)告進(jìn)行深入分析,確定歷年來導(dǎo)致交通事故的53種常見的不安全駕駛行為。然后,利用專家打分法確定15種典型不安全駕駛行為。最后通過問卷調(diào)查,從常見性和導(dǎo)致事故可能性兩個(gè)方面對(duì)15種典型不安全駕駛行為進(jìn)行排序。(2)對(duì)15種典型不安全駕駛行為進(jìn)行深入分析,確定15種典型不安全駕駛行為的表現(xiàn)形式,根據(jù)表現(xiàn)形式設(shè)計(jì)表征指標(biāo)和閾值確定方法。(3)在前述指標(biāo)確定的前提下,設(shè)計(jì)15典型不安全駕駛行為的監(jiān)控方法,以便于監(jiān)控所有典型不安全駕駛行為。論文研究成果將為營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛駕駛員不安全駕駛行為實(shí)時(shí)預(yù)警、監(jiān)測(cè)提供理論依據(jù),為運(yùn)輸企業(yè)駕駛員管理、評(píng)估和培訓(xùn)等提供技術(shù)支撐,所設(shè)計(jì)方法的實(shí)際引用有利于提高營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛安全管理水平,對(duì)改善我國(guó)交通安全管理水平具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The data show that more than 90% of the major traffic accidents have the participation of operating vehicles. In recent years, the number of serious and serious accidents has generally decreased, but in 2010, the number of serious and serious accidents has obviously rebounded. And the absolute number of deaths and injuries is still high, the safety level of operating vehicles still needs to be improved. Traffic control department statistics show that more than 90% road traffic accidents are driver factors, a few are vehicle factors. Road factors. Unsafe driving behavior is one of the main indicators of driver factors, typical unsafe driving behavior caused by accidents accounted for more than 50%. The monitoring method of unsafe driving behavior of operating vehicles is studied. It is of great significance to improve the management level of operational vehicle safety. This paper mainly carries out three aspects of research: 1) on the 2004-2012 Annual report of Road Traffic Accidents Statistics. During the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, Guangdong Province operating vehicle traffic accident cases, related papers and research reports in-depth analysis, identified over the years caused by 53 common unsafe driving behavior. Then. The expert scoring method was used to determine 15 typical unsafe driving behaviors. Finally, a questionnaire survey was conducted. In this paper, 15 typical unsafe driving behaviors are analyzed from the aspects of commonness and accident possibility. To determine 15 typical unsafe driving behavior forms, according to the expression of the design of characterization indicators and threshold determination method. 3) under the premise of the above indicators. Design 15 typical unsafe driving behavior monitoring method to monitor all typical unsafe driving behavior. The research results of this paper will be used for real-time warning of unsafe driving behavior of operating vehicle drivers. Monitoring provides a theoretical basis for the transport enterprise driver management, evaluation and training to provide technical support, the actual application of the design method is conducive to improve the level of operational vehicle safety management. It is of great significance to improve the level of traffic safety management in China.
