【摘要】:市政工程設(shè)施在城市建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著很重要的作用。自2011年開始,國家開始執(zhí)行“十二五”規(guī)劃。為落實“十二五”規(guī)劃的安排,全面完成任務(wù),國家相繼出臺了許多相關(guān)政策和舉措,對市政行業(yè)產(chǎn)生了重大影響。隨著我國市政工程建設(shè)的發(fā)展,投資力度加大,市政工程作為民心工程,工程質(zhì)量得到政府與承包商的高度重視。本文在現(xiàn)代工程項目質(zhì)量管理理論研究與實踐的基礎(chǔ)上,按照提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路,運用理論結(jié)合實際的方法對市政工程質(zhì)量控制進行研究,取得了很好的效果。論文運用質(zhì)量管理的基本理論與方法,對寧夏固原市火車站大橋工程施工階段質(zhì)量控制進行分析與研究,通過對質(zhì)量控制因素的分析,運用質(zhì)量控制統(tǒng)計方法,制定了有針對性的質(zhì)量控制措施及方法,并重點研究了寧夏固原市火車站大橋工程鉆孔灌注樁施工質(zhì)量控制與改進。該工程施工過程中,通過上述質(zhì)量控制措施的落實,工程施工質(zhì)量得到有效保證,分別榮獲寧夏固原市“六盤杯”優(yōu)質(zhì)工程與寧夏回族自治區(qū)“西夏杯”優(yōu)質(zhì)工程的稱號。通過研究與工程實踐,提高了施工企業(yè)及管理人員的質(zhì)量管理意識與責(zé)任心。通過把控施工過程與各環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量,加大施工監(jiān)控力度,開展技術(shù)攻關(guān)性的質(zhì)量管理活動,做好施工中的資源整合與配置,合理安排施工作業(yè),降低了施工成本,減少了不必要的浪費,降低了因質(zhì)量問題乃至事故給企業(yè)帶來的損失,為企業(yè)的做強做大謀劃策略,打造精品工程,使業(yè)主滿意,維護公共利益和人民生命財產(chǎn)安全,促進和諧社會建設(shè)具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Municipal engineering facilities play a very important role in urban construction. Since 2011, the state has begun to implement the 12th Five-Year Plan. In order to implement the arrangement of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the government has completed the task in an all-round way. With the development of municipal engineering construction and the increase of investment, municipal engineering is regarded as a popular project. The quality of the project is highly valued by the government and the contractor. Based on the theoretical research and practice of modern engineering project quality management, this paper puts forward the problem, analyzes the problem, and solves the problem. This paper studies the quality control of municipal engineering with the combination of theory and practice, and obtains very good results. The basic theory and method of quality management are used in this paper. The quality control of railway station bridge in Guyuan City of Ningxia is analyzed and studied in the construction stage. Through the analysis of the factors of quality control, the statistical method of quality control is used. The quality control and improvement of bored cast-in-place pile in Guyuan railway station bridge project in Ningxia are studied. Through the implementation of the quality control measures mentioned above, the engineering construction quality is effectively guaranteed. Respectively won the Ningxia Guyuan "six platter cup" high quality project and Ningxia Hui Autonomous region "Xixia Cup" quality project title. Through research and engineering practice. The quality management consciousness and responsibility of construction enterprises and managers are improved. By controlling the quality of construction process and each link, the construction supervision is strengthened, and the quality management activities of technical tackling key problems are carried out. Doing well in the construction of resources integration and allocation, reasonable arrangement of construction operations, reduce construction costs, reduce unnecessary waste, reduce the quality problems and even accidents to the enterprise losses. It is of great practical significance to make the strategy of making enterprises stronger and bigger, to create high-quality projects, to satisfy the owners, to safeguard the public interests and the safety of people's lives and property, and to promote the construction of a harmonious society.
