【摘要】:隨著公路交通運(yùn)輸事業(yè)的發(fā)展,甘肅省高速公路里程不斷增長,交通量和軸載也與日俱增。一些瀝青路面接連發(fā)生各類病害,使得路段難堪重負(fù),嚴(yán)重影響了交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展和人員、車輛的安全,急需對這些瀝青路面進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù),即進(jìn)行預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)、矯正型養(yǎng)護(hù)、路面翻修及重建等。其中,預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)是對尚未觀察到的損害或者存在細(xì)微損害的道路主動(dòng)采取微表處、超薄磨耗層、SMA罩面、霧封層、碎石封層和就地?zé)嵩偕瑞B(yǎng)護(hù)措施,從而達(dá)到預(yù)防病害目的的一種重要養(yǎng)護(hù)方式。微表處具有耐磨、抗滑、防水、平整等特點(diǎn),可以在短時(shí)間內(nèi)快速開放交通,能夠有效地延長路面的使用壽命,被廣泛應(yīng)用在瀝青路面的日常養(yǎng)護(hù)中。本文以國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究為參照,以對甘肅省境內(nèi)某高速公路常見病害進(jìn)行的實(shí)地調(diào)查為依據(jù),首先分析了產(chǎn)生瀝青路面車轍、龜裂、縱向裂縫、水損壞等典型早期病害的原因(包括交通量急劇增長、超載超限嚴(yán)重、環(huán)境影響和排水設(shè)施不完善等外部因素)。同時(shí),研究確定了微表處施工所采用的基質(zhì)瀝青、改性劑、乳化劑、穩(wěn)定劑等原材料,介紹了改性乳化瀝青的制備、混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)、施工工藝等,進(jìn)而探討微表處預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)在該高速公路上的應(yīng)用。其次,本文對實(shí)施微表處路段2011-2013年路面狀況指數(shù)、平整度指數(shù)和抗滑系數(shù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì),分析對比微表處實(shí)施后2011-2013年路面狀況指數(shù)、平整度指數(shù)和抗滑系數(shù)的變化趨勢,并對不同路面病害類型使用微表處后的效果進(jìn)行了評價(jià)。最后,論文歸納總結(jié)了某高速公路已有的預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)(包括微表處、超薄磨耗層、瀝青瑪蹄脂碎石罩面、霧封層)的適用范圍、效果和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),為后期某高速公路選擇預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)措施提供理論依據(jù)。研究結(jié)論:1.重載交通已經(jīng)成為瀝青路面各類病害頻發(fā)的直接原因。2.選用SK90號基質(zhì)瀝青、SBS改性劑、2:1比例的復(fù)配型乳化劑、3:1比例的復(fù)配型穩(wěn)定劑,調(diào)節(jié)pH值在5-6之間的改性乳化瀝青,能夠有效地提高微表處的應(yīng)用效果。3.經(jīng)過微表處處理過路段的路況質(zhì)量、平整度和抗滑性能有很大提高。
[Abstract]:With the development of highway transportation, the mileage of highway in Gansu province is increasing, and the traffic volume and axle load are also increasing. Seriously affected the development of transportation and personnel, vehicle safety, urgent need for these asphalt pavement maintenance, that is, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, pavement renovation and reconstruction, and so on. Preventive maintenance technology is the active use of micro-surfacing, ultra-thin wear layer, SMA overlay, mist seal layer, gravel seal layer and geothermal regeneration measures for roads that have not been observed or have slight damage. The micro-surface has the characteristics of wear-resisting, skid resistance, waterproofing and leveling, which can open the traffic quickly in a short time, and can effectively prolong the service life of the road surface. It is widely used in the daily maintenance of asphalt pavement. This paper is based on the reference of domestic and foreign research and field investigation of common diseases of a highway in Gansu Province. Firstly, the causes of typical early diseases, such as rutting, crack, longitudinal crack, water damage and so on, are analyzed (including rapid increase of traffic volume and serious overload and overloading). At the same time, the raw materials, such as matrix asphalt, modifier, emulsifier, stabilizer and so on, used in the construction of microsurfacing were studied and the preparation of modified emulsified asphalt was introduced. Mixture mix design, construction technology and so on, and then discusses the application of microsurfacing preventive maintenance technology on the highway. Secondly, this paper implements the micro-surfacing section 2011-2013 road condition index. The smoothness index and skid resistance coefficient are analyzed and compared with the trend of change of pavement condition index, smoothness index and anti-skid coefficient in 2011-2013 after the implementation of micro-surfacing. Finally, the paper summarizes the existing preventive maintenance technology (including micro-surfacing, ultra-thin wear layer) of a highway. The application range, effect, advantages and disadvantages of asphalt mastic macadam cover and fog seal layer. Research conclusion: 1. Heavy haul traffic has become the direct cause of various kinds of asphalt pavement diseases. 2. Choose SK90 matrix asphalt. SBS modifier 2: 1 compound emulsifier / 3: 1 composite stabilizer to adjust the pH value of modified emulsified asphalt between 5 and 6. It can effectively improve the application effect of microsurfacing. 3. The road condition quality, smoothness and skid resistance of the sections treated with microsurfacing are greatly improved.
