【摘要】:針對當前大多數(shù)瀝青混合料不能很好解決我國瀝青路面低溫抗開裂、高溫抗車轍之間矛盾,本論文開展了基于高低溫性能均衡的寬溫域改性瀝青及混合料專項研究以期有效解決瀝青路面高低溫性能矛盾問題。 本論文研究內(nèi)容包括: 1、基于高低溫性能均衡的寬溫域改性瀝青配方設計及機理性能分析。 根據(jù)不同改性劑在瀝青改性中的作用,論文進行不同材料組成、不同配比的改性瀝青配方設計及性能檢驗并分析其高低溫性能。然后綜合試驗結果提出高低溫性能均衡的寬溫域改性瀝青配方,并對其進行機理及性能分析。 2、寬溫域改性瀝青高低溫性能的新型試驗方法及評價指標設計。 針對現(xiàn)有試驗方法及評價指標體系不能準確有效的評價改性瀝青的高低溫性能,本論文提出并闡述了高溫流淌試驗和低溫拉伸試驗及對應的指標體系來評價寬溫域改性瀝青的高低溫性能,并對寬溫域改性瀝青進行了低溫拉伸本構關系構建、曲線擬合等研究。 3、寬溫域改性瀝青施工性能研究。 研究對寬溫域改性瀝青的施工黏度-溫度、高溫存儲老化等施工性能進行探索后提出了相應合理的施工建議。 4、基于高低溫性能均衡的寬溫域改性瀝青混合料的研究。 研究在闡述了基于礦料最緊密狀態(tài)的級配設計方法并完整提出該方法下油石比確定流程及一種改進的測定混合料試件毛體積密度的方法-刷蠟法后對寬溫域改性瀝青混合料的高低溫性能、水穩(wěn)定性能等路用性能進行了分析。 5、寬溫域改性瀝青混合料力學性能研究。 論文在對寬溫域改性瀝青混合料的單軸壓縮及間接拉伸動態(tài)模量進行研究后以單軸靜載壓縮蠕變試驗對其黏彈性能進行了分析。 6、鋪筑實體工程驗證高低溫性能均衡的寬溫域改性瀝青及混合料技術。
[Abstract]:At present, most asphalt mixtures can not solve the contradiction between low temperature crack resistance and high temperature rutting resistance of asphalt pavement in China. In this paper, the special research on wide temperature modified asphalt and its mixture based on high and low temperature performance equilibrium is carried out in order to effectively solve the contradiction of high and low temperature performance of asphalt pavement. The contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. Formula design and mechanism performance analysis of wide temperature range modified asphalt based on high and low temperature performance equilibrium. According to the function of different modifiers in asphalt modification, the composition of different materials is carried out in this paper. The formulation design and performance test of modified asphalt with different proportions were carried out and its high and low temperature properties were analyzed. Then, a wide temperature range modified asphalt formula with balanced high and low temperature performance was put forward, and its mechanism and performance were analyzed. 2. New test method and evaluation index design for high and low temperature performance of modified asphalt in wide temperature range. In view of the existing test methods and evaluation index system can not accurately and effectively evaluate the high and low temperature performance of modified asphalt. In this paper, high temperature flow test, low temperature tensile test and corresponding index system are proposed to evaluate the high and low temperature performance of wide temperature modified asphalt, and the constitutive relationship between low temperature and low temperature tensile of modified asphalt is constructed. Curve fitting and other research. 3. Study on construction performance of modified asphalt in wide temperature range. The construction properties of modified asphalt in wide temperature range such as viscosity temperature high temperature storage aging and so on are studied and some reasonable construction suggestions are put forward. 4. Research on wide-temperature modified asphalt mixture based on high-and low-temperature performance equilibrium. In this paper, the gradation design method based on the closest state of mineral aggregate is expounded, and the flow of determining the ratio of oil to stone under this method and an improved method to determine the bulk bulk density of mixture sample, which is modified by wax brushing method, are put forward in the wide temperature range. High and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture. Water stability and other road performance are analyzed. 5. Mechanical properties of modified asphalt mixture in wide temperature range. In this paper, the uniaxial compression and indirect tensile dynamic modulus of modified asphalt mixture in wide temperature range are studied, and the viscoelastic properties of modified asphalt mixture under uniaxial static compression creep test are analyzed. 6. The paving solid engineering verifies the wide temperature range modified asphalt and mixture technology with balanced high and low temperature performance.
