【摘要】:在我國公路橋梁中,拱橋是一種跨越能力大,承載能力高,并且取材方便,造價經(jīng)濟的古老橋型。因為歷史悠久,造型美觀,拱橋積累了很多的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,具備很強的競爭力,也因此早我國造橋史上得到了大量普及。具備我國在傳統(tǒng)拱橋的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)新性的建造出了雙曲拱橋這種具有良好受力性能的新式拱橋橋型,并在之后我國橋梁的建設(shè)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。改革開放以來,我國的經(jīng)濟建設(shè)取得了長足的進步,伴隨著交通量以及超重車輛的迅速增加,已建拱橋的病害及承載能力問題也日益突出。為了更好地實現(xiàn)這些橋梁的服務(wù)功能,我們需要對橋梁進行必要的檢測與評定,對橋梁實施荷載試驗就是對其檢測評定的一種重要手段。首先,根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)范以及橋梁的荷載等級并結(jié)合相關(guān)檢測結(jié)果,采用橋梁專用計算軟件Doctor Bridge建立有限元模型,并通過各項技術(shù)指標(biāo)來對橋梁進行承載能力評估計算。在評估結(jié)果能夠滿足規(guī)范的承載力要求后,再通過有限元分析軟件Midas/Civil建立多跨雙曲拱的有限元模型,根據(jù)橋型的受力及內(nèi)力計算特點來確定好加載和控制斷面,加卸載的分級、終止實驗條件、測試內(nèi)容、方法、測點布置、儀器選配、數(shù)據(jù)處理、曲線繪制等。通過靜載試驗,得出各加載工況各測點的應(yīng)變,撓度,再與理論計算值進行對比分析,檢驗橋梁的實際承載能力是否滿足設(shè)計或者現(xiàn)今交通量下的承載能力要求。動載試驗中,對橋梁的激勵方式,我們采取的跑車與跳車試驗。在橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的振動過程中,通過對橋梁特定部位的動力時程響應(yīng)的采集,整理分析出其動力參數(shù)。同時在已經(jīng)建立并計算好的有限元模型中,通過提取相應(yīng)的理論數(shù)據(jù)域試驗值對比,由此來對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的使用狀態(tài)進行評價。
[Abstract]:In our country highway bridge, arch bridge is a kind of old bridge with large span capacity, high bearing capacity, convenient material selection and economical cost. Because of its long history, beautiful shape, arch bridge has accumulated a lot of technical advantages. Have very strong competitiveness, but also early in the history of bridge construction in China has been a large number of popularization, with our country on the basis of traditional arch bridge. Innovative construction of hyperbolic arch bridge, a new type of arch bridge with good mechanical performance, and has been widely used in the construction of bridges in China. Since the reform and opening up. China's economic construction has made considerable progress, with the rapid increase in traffic volume and overweight vehicles. In order to better realize the service function of these bridges, we need to carry out the necessary detection and evaluation of the bridges. Load test is an important means to test and evaluate the bridge. Firstly, according to the relevant specifications and the load grade of the bridge, combined with the relevant test results. The finite element model is established by Doctor Bridge. And through each technical index to evaluate the bearing capacity of the bridge, after the evaluation results can meet the requirements of the bearing capacity of the code. Then the finite element model of multi-span hyperbolic arch is established by the finite element analysis software Midas/Civil. According to the calculation characteristics of the bridge force and internal force, the loading and controlling section and the loading and unloading classification are determined. The test conditions, test contents, methods, measuring points layout, instrument selection, data processing, curve drawing, etc. Through static load test, the strain and deflection of each measuring point under loading conditions are obtained. And then compared with the theoretical calculation value to verify whether the actual bearing capacity of the bridge meets the requirements of the design or the current traffic capacity. Dynamic load test, the excitation mode of the bridge. In the vibration process of the bridge structure, the dynamic time-history response of the specific part of the bridge is collected. At the same time, in the finite element model which has been established and calculated, the use state of the bridge structure is evaluated by extracting the corresponding theoretical data domain test data and comparing the test data.
