【摘要】:21世紀(jì)的中國(guó)正處于蓬勃向上的發(fā)展期,人民生活質(zhì)量顯著提高,道路建設(shè)欣欣向榮。城市交通問(wèn)題進(jìn)一步凸顯,為了解決日益緊張的道路交通問(wèn)題,大中型城市都在積極修建地鐵。地鐵站施工過(guò)程中占道施工問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重,加大了原有道路交通運(yùn)輸壓力擁堵情況嚴(yán)重。本文通過(guò)對(duì)地鐵施工區(qū)域交通流的特性進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)其交通流特性,采取一系列的措施解決擁堵問(wèn)題,有助于緩解地鐵施工區(qū)的交通緊張,降低地鐵施工對(duì)交通安全帶來(lái)的不利影響。論文首先以離散動(dòng)力學(xué)的模型為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)武漢市金銀潭地鐵站建設(shè)期間對(duì)城市占道施工,影響道路交通作為研究對(duì)象,建立適合于武漢市金銀潭地鐵站的研究模型,通過(guò)建立的模型模擬金銀潭地鐵站施工期間,其施工區(qū)域占道施工對(duì)交通流的影響,即交通流的特性。由于本文研究的主要對(duì)象是金銀潭地鐵站施工區(qū)在占道施工情況下的交通流特性,所以選用的是交通流模型。在上世紀(jì)外國(guó)的專家在對(duì)相似情況下的研究采取了許多交通流模型,而本文主要是采取相似的離散動(dòng)力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行研究。離散動(dòng)力學(xué)模型是上世紀(jì)末比較通行的一種新型交通流模型,在離散動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的研究中其三要素空間、時(shí)間、狀態(tài)都是相對(duì)分離的。而且離散動(dòng)力學(xué)的各個(gè)因素是相對(duì)獨(dú)立的,相互影響力較小。在通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)建立模型情況下經(jīng)過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的定義因素,模擬效率非?,并且可調(diào)節(jié)性較強(qiáng),便于靈活運(yùn)用和反應(yīng)真實(shí)的各種效應(yīng)。本文以武漢地鐵2號(hào)線金銀潭地鐵站施工區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,其施工段有公交車?奎c(diǎn),旁邊還有正待興建的住宅小區(qū),需要考慮公交車?繒r(shí)間以及重型運(yùn)貨卡車的加入。在某以時(shí)段內(nèi),重型車加入過(guò)多或者公交車?繒r(shí)間過(guò)久就會(huì)導(dǎo)致交通擁堵。具體的模型為:將道路分成l個(gè)元胞,每個(gè)元胞有3個(gè)狀態(tài):有一輛小車,有一輛大車,無(wú)車。車輛的速度也有3個(gè)狀態(tài):速度為0,速度為1,速度為2.其次文章通過(guò)到金銀潭地鐵站施工區(qū)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交通調(diào)查,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查進(jìn)行分析,得到實(shí)際的交通流特性?偨Y(jié)全文,金銀潭地鐵站交通流特性從交通流三要素角度出發(fā)可以歸納為三點(diǎn):即行車速度方面,地鐵站施工區(qū)域的行車速度要小于正常路段的行車速度;車流密度方面,在城市地鐵施工期間,地鐵施工區(qū)域車流密度大于其余正常路段;車流量方面,由于地鐵站施工區(qū)占道施工,施工區(qū)域的車流量相對(duì)于正常路段的車流量較小。根據(jù)金銀潭地鐵站施工區(qū)域調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析,金銀潭地鐵施工區(qū)的隨機(jī)停車概率大概是0.12左右,而正常路段的隨機(jī)停車概率大約為0.025左右,可見(jiàn)施工區(qū)對(duì)道路通行能力的還是有一定的影響的。金銀潭地鐵施工區(qū)域的交通流的擁堵程度是與此地的隨機(jī)停車概率有關(guān)的,隨機(jī)停車概率越小,說(shuō)明道路上車流的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)越良好,隨著隨機(jī)概率的增大,道路中交通流的擁堵程度會(huì)隨著其增加而上升。只有減小道路中隨機(jī)停車概率的大小,才能有效的降低道路中交通流的擁堵情況。最終通過(guò)對(duì)于交通流特性的分析,得到金銀潭地鐵施工區(qū)對(duì)于周邊生活環(huán)境的影響,以及采取措施解決類似問(wèn)題的方案。論文在研究中提出通過(guò)交通路線管制、車輛管制、人流疏導(dǎo)等方案解決金銀潭地鐵施工區(qū)交通擁堵的措施?偨Y(jié)有以下措施:1、結(jié)合交通量預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果,參照《公路通行能力研究》(交通部公路科學(xué)研究所)計(jì)算該路段通行能力,并確定施工路段滿足基本通行需求的車道數(shù)。2、針對(duì)施工區(qū)域交叉路口信號(hào)燈重新進(jìn)行信號(hào)配時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)。3、施工地段所有丁字路口左轉(zhuǎn)車輛全部在前方路口掉頭處理,同時(shí)減小車速保證安全。十字路口左轉(zhuǎn)及掉頭車輛全部禁止,在前方路口通行。以及采取一系列技術(shù)保障措施、組織保證措施。例如成立交通協(xié)調(diào)管理小組、配置交通協(xié)管員、配置臨時(shí)配套設(shè)施、合理安排施工車輛等。

The proposed route through traffic control, vehicle control in the study, abortion counseling scheme to solve the Jinyintan subway construction area traffic congestion measures. Summarized the following measures: 1, combined with the traffic volume prediction the result, according to < Highway Capacity Research > (Highway Science Institute) to calculate the traffic capacity of roads, and to determine the construction of road lane number.2 to meet the basic traffic demand According to the construction area, intersection traffic lights to signal.3 design, construction sites and all the T-junction turn left all vehicles in front of the junction turn, reduce the speed to ensure safety at the same time.
