【摘要】：省域邊緣城市地形條件特殊,城市規(guī)模、行政體制、交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)、經(jīng)濟水平等歷史發(fā)展條件一般較為滯后。分析在城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展新階段,省域邊緣城市面臨的發(fā)展機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。提出省域邊緣城市具有共通性的交通發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思路:區(qū)域?qū)用娼鑴莩薪?市域?qū)用嫘纬删植亢诵?市區(qū)層面強調(diào)本地特色。同時指出,需針對不同城市的具體條件制定特殊性的戰(zhàn)略內(nèi)容,要考慮的關(guān)鍵因素包括:區(qū)域聯(lián)系方向的多少與主次,與市域其他地區(qū)經(jīng)濟、區(qū)位、資源等要素強弱對比,對區(qū)域中心城市交通模式的借鑒及差異化選擇。
[Abstract]:The historical development conditions of provincial fringe cities such as special topographic conditions, urban scale, administrative system, transportation network, economic level and so on are generally lagging behind. This paper analyzes the new stage of urbanization development. The development opportunities and challenges faced by provincial fringe cities. This paper puts forward a common traffic development strategy of provincial fringe cities: regional level to take advantage of the situation, the city level to form a local core. Urban level emphasizes local characteristics. At the same time, it is pointed out that special strategic content should be developed according to the specific conditions of different cities, and the key factors to be considered include: the number and priority of regional linkages. Compared with other regional economy, location, resources and other factors, the paper makes reference to the traffic mode of regional central city and the choice of differentiation.
