【摘要】:異形獨(dú)塔斜拉橋擁有個(gè)性的造型,往往是一座城市的地標(biāo),在實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越的同時(shí)代表著城市的發(fā)展水平,近年來(lái),越來(lái)越多的極具特色的異形獨(dú)塔斜拉橋方案得到應(yīng)用。視覺(jué)效果上,異形獨(dú)塔斜拉橋讓人印象深刻,而從結(jié)構(gòu)受力上對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)者卻是一種考驗(yàn),如何平衡橋塔造型與結(jié)構(gòu)受力是該類橋梁設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵。本文基于雅安大興二橋初步設(shè)計(jì)資料,對(duì)混凝土異形獨(dú)塔斜拉橋靜力特性、合理成橋狀態(tài)及異形橋塔局部受力進(jìn)行了研究。首先利用nidas/civil有限元軟件,建立了混凝土異形獨(dú)塔斜拉橋全橋有限元模型,對(duì)其施工階段和成橋階段進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析。成橋分析中研究了活載、溫度作用以及收縮徐變效應(yīng)對(duì)異形獨(dú)塔斜拉橋的影響;讵(dú)塔斜拉橋合理成橋狀態(tài)的分步算法,結(jié)合ANSYS一階優(yōu)化技術(shù),對(duì)該異形獨(dú)塔斜拉橋合理成橋狀態(tài)的確定進(jìn)行了研究。首先建立ANSYS參數(shù)化優(yōu)化模型,以最小彎曲應(yīng)變能為目標(biāo)函數(shù),根據(jù)對(duì)橋梁每個(gè)部位關(guān)注程度的不同賦予不同的權(quán)重進(jìn)行優(yōu)化計(jì)算得到初步成橋狀態(tài),在該狀態(tài)的基礎(chǔ)上配置預(yù)應(yīng)力筋得到新的成橋狀態(tài),再基于新狀態(tài)以最小彎曲應(yīng)變能偏差為目標(biāo)函數(shù)進(jìn)行二次優(yōu)化,優(yōu)化后得到最終的成橋狀態(tài)。整個(gè)過(guò)程在原設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上調(diào)整了預(yù)應(yīng)力筋,進(jìn)行了索力優(yōu)化,得到了更合理的成橋狀態(tài)。最后在最終成橋的基礎(chǔ)上,建立橋塔局部實(shí)體模型,對(duì)異形橋塔局部受力進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析。針對(duì)異形橋塔受力特點(diǎn),選取橋塔橫梁數(shù)量和橫梁頂?shù)装搴穸茸鳛樵O(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),研究參數(shù)變化對(duì)異形橋塔受力的影響,優(yōu)化橋塔構(gòu)造。
[Abstract]:Has the personality of special-shaped cable-stayed bridge with single tower shape, is often a city landmark, at the same time across the city represents the level of development, in recent years, scheme of special-shaped cable-stayed bridge with single tower more and more distinctive application. The visual effect, special-shaped cable-stayed bridge with single tower and impressive however, from the structure of the force of the designer is a test, how to balance the tower shape and structure stress is key to the design of this kind of bridge. This paper preliminary design of Ya'an Daxing Bridge Based on concrete special-shaped cable-stayed bridge static characteristics, reasonable bridge state and shaped tower local stress were studied. Firstly, using nidas/civil finite element software to establish concrete special-shaped cable-stayed bridge with single tower and finite element model of the whole bridge, the construction stage and finished stage are analyzed. The bridge analysis of live load, temperature and charge The effect of shrinkage creep effect of special-shaped cable-stayed bridge with single tower. The reasonable bridge state step by step algorithm of single tower cable-stayed bridge based on ANSYS combined with first-order optimization technique, the special-shaped cable-stayed bridge with single tower were studied to determine the reasonable bridge state. Firstly, ANSYS parameter optimization model, with the small bend strain energy as the objective function, according to the degree of concern for each position of the bridge is different with different weights were optimized initial bridge state, based on the state of the configuration of prestressed tendons get into a new state of the bridge, and then based on the new state with minimum bending strain energy deviation of the objective function for the two time optimization, get the final state of the bridge after optimization. The whole process adjustment of the prestressed reinforcement on the basis of the original design of cable force optimization, the bridge state is more reasonable. Finally, in the final bridge on the basis of the establishment of the tower office The solid model is used to calculate and analyze the local force of the special-shaped bridge tower. According to the stress characteristics of the special shaped bridge tower, the number of bridge tower beam and the thickness of the roof and floor of the girder are selected as the design parameters, and the influence of the parameter changes on the stress of the special shaped bridge tower is studied, and the structure of the bridge tower is optimized.
