【摘要】:過去的水泥混凝土路面間總是不可避免地存在裂縫與接縫,在溫度變化與行車的長(zhǎng)期作用下將出現(xiàn)反射裂縫,路面的原有特性受到影響,路面的使用期限也將比預(yù)期更短。目前最常用的改造措施也是效果較為明顯的一種方法,就是將瀝青混凝土面層加蓋于原有的水泥混凝土路面,這樣的施工方法不僅簡(jiǎn)便,而且成本較低,對(duì)環(huán)境的負(fù)面作用小,同時(shí)還能最大程度地使用原有路面作為路基。一種性質(zhì)特殊的聚合物改性瀝青混合料可用作應(yīng)力吸收層,其防水滲透效果良好,顆粒的粒徑小,所含瀝青百分比高;具有良好的低溫韌性和高溫穩(wěn)定性,能夠消散應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象,消除部分剪切應(yīng)力和拉伸應(yīng)力;厚度效應(yīng)可以吸收應(yīng)力,偏離效應(yīng)可以讓反射裂縫偏離原裂縫。應(yīng)力吸收層自身是具有一定的厚度的,因此瀝青加鋪層結(jié)構(gòu)的厚度得以減小。應(yīng)力吸收層的材料主要有:乳化瀝青處理集料、瀝青碎石、軟瀝青混凝土、橡膠瀝青(SAMI)、STRATA應(yīng)力吸收系統(tǒng)(高彈性的聚合物膠結(jié)材料和最大粒徑為9.5mm的集料形成的混合料)、SAMPAVE應(yīng)力吸收層。設(shè)置應(yīng)力吸收層對(duì)減緩反射裂縫具有一定的效果,在防治和延緩反射裂縫產(chǎn)生和擴(kuò)展時(shí)需綜合考慮路面時(shí)間情況以找出合理的防裂措施,達(dá)到預(yù)期的理想效果。本文主要研究了以下內(nèi)容:首先,開展荷載應(yīng)力分析。以ABAQUS為工具開展仿真模擬,在設(shè)定的行車荷載下,對(duì)加鋪結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力、彎沉及彎沉差隨應(yīng)力吸收層的厚度和模量、瀝青混凝土加鋪層的厚度變化而變化的規(guī)律進(jìn)行了深入探究。其次,開展溫度應(yīng)力分析。以ABAQUS為工具開展仿真模擬,在設(shè)定的溫度荷載作用下,對(duì)加鋪結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力、彎沉及彎沉差隨應(yīng)力吸收層的厚度和模量、瀝青混凝土加鋪層的厚度變化而變化的規(guī)律進(jìn)行了深入探究。再者,進(jìn)行荷載-溫度耦合應(yīng)力分析。以ABAQUS為工具開展仿真模擬,在對(duì)應(yīng)的耦合作用下,對(duì)加鋪應(yīng)力吸收層結(jié)構(gòu)的耦合應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了探究。對(duì)比分析了橡膠瀝青應(yīng)力吸收層與改性乳化瀝青纖維封層這兩種常見的應(yīng)力吸收層的耦合應(yīng)力。
[Abstract]:In the past, there were always cracks and joints between the cement concrete pavement. Under the effect of temperature change and driving for a long time, there would be reflective cracks, and the original characteristics of the pavement would be affected. At present, the most commonly used retrofit measures are also a more effective method, which is to cover the asphalt concrete surface on the original cement concrete pavement. This construction method is not only simple, but also lower cost, less negative effect on the environment. At the same time, the original pavement can be used as subgrade to the maximum extent. A special polymer modified asphalt mixture can be used as stress absorbing layer, its waterproof and permeation effect is good, the particle size is small. High percentage of asphalt; It has good low temperature toughness and high temperature stability, which can dissipate stress concentration phenomenon and eliminate partial shear stress and tensile stress. The thickness effect can absorb the stress and the deviation effect can make the reflection crack deviate from the original crack. The stress absorption layer itself has a certain thickness. Therefore, the thickness of asphalt overlay structure can be reduced. The main materials of stress absorption layer are: emulsified asphalt treatment aggregate, asphalt macadam, soft asphalt concrete, rubber asphalt. STRATA stress absorption system (a mixture of highly elastic polymer cementing materials and aggregates with a maximum particle size of 9.5 mm). SAMPAVE stress absorption layer. Setting stress absorption layer has certain effect on reducing reflection crack. When preventing and delaying the occurrence and extension of reflective cracks, it is necessary to consider the pavement time situation comprehensively to find out reasonable crack prevention measures to achieve the desired results. This paper mainly studies the following contents: first of all. ABAQUS is used as a tool to simulate the stress, deflection and deflection difference of overlay structure with stress absorption layer thickness and modulus. The law of the change of the thickness of asphalt concrete overlay is deeply explored. Secondly, the temperature stress analysis is carried out. Using ABAQUS as the tool, the simulation is carried out, under the action of the set temperature load. The variation of stress, deflection and deflection difference with the thickness and modulus of the stress absorption layer and the thickness of the asphalt concrete overlay are studied. The load-temperature coupling stress analysis is carried out. ABAQUS is used as a tool to carry out simulation, under the corresponding coupling action. The coupling stress between the rubber asphalt stress absorption layer and the modified emulsified asphalt fiber seal layer is studied. The coupling stress between the rubber asphalt stress absorption layer and the modified emulsified asphalt fiber seal layer is analyzed.
