【摘要】：江海聯(lián)運作為多式聯(lián)運的一種,不僅能夠在一定程度上提高效率、降低成本,而且能夠減少環(huán)境污染,有利于保護環(huán)境,具有極大的發(fā)展?jié)摿�。舟山地理位置�?yōu)越,在此地建設(shè)我國第一個江海聯(lián)運服務(wù)中心是國家的重要舉措之一,然而其當(dāng)前發(fā)展?fàn)顩r仍存在眾多問題。對于目前所存在的這些問題,很多學(xué)者做出了一定的研究。但由于浙江省內(nèi)的江海聯(lián)運現(xiàn)狀仍然不容樂觀,加上舟山江海聯(lián)運服務(wù)中心是近幾年才提上政府日程,因而對其研究并不充分,并且在對其做出分析時,大部分研究集中于對舟山港本身的研究,缺少使用客觀分析方法對其發(fā)展優(yōu)勢與劣勢做出有條理的分析。本文嘗試從江海聯(lián)運這一角度入手,選取舟山江海聯(lián)運服務(wù)中心為研究對象,以航運物流系統(tǒng)理論和多式聯(lián)運理論為理論基礎(chǔ),綜合運用SWOT分析法,具體闡述舟山江海聯(lián)運服務(wù)中心建設(shè)的優(yōu)劣勢,將迎來的機遇和面對的挑戰(zhàn),最后基于SWOT分析結(jié)果提出具體建設(shè)方案。全文重點在于對舟山江海聯(lián)運服務(wù)中心自身的分析,以及基于此分析而提出的建設(shè)策略。研究結(jié)論認為舟山發(fā)展江海聯(lián)運具有極大潛力,舟山江海聯(lián)運服務(wù)中心也具有極為光明的發(fā)展前景。在此基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)當(dāng)從服務(wù)體系、現(xiàn)代物流、金融環(huán)境和法制環(huán)境等四個角度出發(fā),共同構(gòu)造一個實際可行的發(fā)展方案,不僅推動舟山江海聯(lián)運發(fā)展,進一步促進舟山江海聯(lián)運服務(wù)中心的繁榮建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Jianghai transport as a multimodal transport, can not only improve the efficiency, reduce the cost to a certain extent, but also can reduce environmental pollution, to protect the environment, has great potential for development in Zhoushan. The geographical position is superior, the construction of the first China Jianghai intermodal service center is one of the important measures in the country here, but the the current development situation is still exist many problems. For these problems, many scholars have made some research. But because of the status quo of Zhejiang province Jianghai transport is still not optimistic, plus Zhoushan Jianghai transport service center is only in recent years on the government agenda, so the study is not sufficient, and in making analysis to it, most of the studies focus on the research of Zhoushan port itself, the lack of objective analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of development make the methodical analysis. This paper attempts to Starting from the perspective of Jianghai transport, select Zhoushan Jianghai transport service center as the research object, the shipping logistics system theory and multimodal theory as the theoretical basis, using SWOT analysis, expounds the construction of Zhoushan Jianghai transport service center of the advantages and disadvantages, will usher in opportunities and challenges, and finally put forward the results of SWOT analysis based on the concrete construction project. This thesis is focused on the analysis of Zhoushan Jianghai transport service center, and based on the analysis of the construction strategy is put forward. The conclusion has great potential for development of Zhoushan Jianghai transport, Zhoushan Jianghai transport service center also has a very bright future. On this basis, it should be from the modern logistics service system. Four, the point of financial and legal environment of constructing a practical development plan, not only to promote the Zhoushan river sea combined transport The exhibition will further promote the prosperity and construction of the Zhoushan Jianghai joint transport service center.
