【摘要】:炭質(zhì)泥巖具有風(fēng)化快、強(qiáng)度低、遇水崩解的工程特性,如果處理不當(dāng)很容易造成路基病害。本文依托六寨-河池高速公路,針對(duì)炭質(zhì)泥巖是否能用于高速公路做了一系列研究。在已有的軟巖填料的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞炭質(zhì)泥巖的路用性能、水理特性、路堤沉降變形以及施工質(zhì)量控制等問(wèn)題,通過(guò)室內(nèi)室外試驗(yàn)以及有限元數(shù)值模擬等展開(kāi)了工作:通過(guò)化學(xué)成分分析、物理基本性能、粒度分析、CBR試驗(yàn)、壓縮試驗(yàn)、直剪、三軸剪切以及炭質(zhì)泥巖崩解水理試驗(yàn)研究,表明若炭質(zhì)泥巖趨近于完全崩解狀態(tài),其性質(zhì)比較穩(wěn)定,滿足高速公路路堤的強(qiáng)度和剛度,可用于高速公路的路堤填筑。對(duì)本構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)得到炭質(zhì)泥巖的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系接近Duncan-Chang模型;本文使用大型有限元軟件ABAQUS的二次開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),針對(duì)不同壓實(shí)度的條件下建立有限元模型,得到水平以及豎向位移變形特點(diǎn),為沉降特征進(jìn)一步做準(zhǔn)備;同時(shí)通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的沉降值進(jìn)行采集并與數(shù)值模擬的數(shù)值進(jìn)行擬合分析,篩選出雙曲線法最符合沉降的趨勢(shì),使用該法根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)炭質(zhì)頁(yè)巖路堤的工后沉降進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)研究。參考現(xiàn)有的軟巖施工工藝以及壓實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合使用現(xiàn)有的施工機(jī)械,提出了適用于30-40cm松鋪厚度的方案,首先使用20t的羊角碾壓路機(jī)對(duì)鋪筑的炭質(zhì)泥巖路堤進(jìn)行碾壓兩遍,隨后采用20t的光輪壓路機(jī)碾壓4遍,在填筑到94區(qū)頂面時(shí),對(duì)壓實(shí)好的路堤采用沖擊式壓路機(jī)沖壓20遍,對(duì)于高度較大的路堤,每隔一定的高度(2-4m)也可以多次采用沖擊式壓路機(jī)進(jìn)行補(bǔ)壓。
[Abstract]:Carbonaceous mudstone has weathered fast, low strength and engineering properties of water disintegrable, if handled properly it is easy to cause subgrade diseases. Based on the six village highway in Hechi, aiming at whether carbargilite can do a series of studies for the highway. On the base of soft rock filling on existing around the carbonaceous mudstone road performance, water physical properties, the problem of embankment settlement deformation and construction quality control, through indoor and outdoor test and finite element numerical simulation work was carried out by chemical analysis, particle size analysis of the basic physical properties, CBR, test, compression test, direct shear, three axle shear and Carbon Mudstone disintegration of water test shows that, if Carbon Mudstone tends to completely disintegrate, the nature is stable and meet the highway embankment strength and stiffness, can be used for highway embankment. The constitutive model of node Combined tests find carbargilite stress-strain relationship close to Duncan-Chang model; this paper uses finite element software ABAQUS two development platform, according to the different degree of compaction under the condition of finite element model is established, and the level of vertical displacement deformation characteristics, settlement characteristics for further preparation; at the same time by collecting on the scene the sedimentation value and fitting analysis and numerical simulation, screened hyperbolic method accords with the trend of settlement, settlement prediction of the use of the method according to the measured data of the carbonaceous shale embankment. The existing soft rock construction process and compaction standard, combined with the use of existing construction machinery, is presented. 30-40cm loose thickness scheme, claw roller first use 20t for paving carbonaceous mudstone embankment compacted for two times, followed by light wheel road 20t When the machine is rolled for 4 times, when it is filled to the top 94 area, the compacted embankment will be punched 20 times by impact roller. For a large embankment, the impact compactor can also be used repeatedly for a certain height (2-4m).
