【摘要】:我國(guó)對(duì)普通干線公路服務(wù)設(shè)施長(zhǎng)期缺乏規(guī)劃與建設(shè),道路使用者的服務(wù)需求基本由沿線的社會(huì)服務(wù)提供,關(guān)于普通干線公路服務(wù)設(shè)施設(shè)置的相關(guān)研究并不多,普通干線公路服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè)的理論和實(shí)踐資料皆很匱乏。鑒于現(xiàn)狀,更有必要展開(kāi)對(duì)普通干線公路服務(wù)設(shè)施相關(guān)研究。本文在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外普通干線公路服務(wù)設(shè)施現(xiàn)狀及其服務(wù)對(duì)象需求的基礎(chǔ)上,采用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法,探討了普通干線公路服務(wù)設(shè)施設(shè)置的相關(guān)技術(shù)理論,重點(diǎn)研究了普通干線公路服務(wù)設(shè)施的間距回歸模型和選址模型兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。首先,本文在大量調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和相關(guān)資料基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)主要服務(wù)設(shè)施的功能定位和需求進(jìn)行了分析,并提出確定服務(wù)設(shè)施規(guī)模的方法。然后基于功能和規(guī)模對(duì)服務(wù)設(shè)施進(jìn)行分類,鑒于不同的考慮因素推薦合適類型的服務(wù)設(shè)施。同時(shí)根據(jù)江蘇省普通干線公路的道路交通特征確定10年后公路的平均預(yù)測(cè)交通、駛?cè)肼、交通組成比例等數(shù)據(jù),并以此為主要計(jì)算參數(shù)確定各類型服務(wù)設(shè)施的推薦規(guī)模。其次,本文以專家評(píng)分的方式,采用Lorentz函數(shù)建立了普通干線公路服務(wù)設(shè)施的評(píng)價(jià)模型,得到設(shè)置間距的最優(yōu)選擇。并采用定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)普通干線公路服務(wù)設(shè)施的選址布局進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,運(yùn)用運(yùn)籌學(xué)線性規(guī)劃理論建立了基于客流量最大的普通干線公路服務(wù)設(shè)施選址模型。最后,本文研究了服務(wù)設(shè)施的布局和設(shè)置步驟,對(duì)本文研究成果進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,旨在將間距回歸模型和選址模型引入普通干線公路服務(wù)設(shè)施的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用中。
[Abstract]:There is a lack of planning and construction of general trunk highway service facilities in China for a long time, and the service needs of road users are basically provided by social services along the route. The theoretical and practical data of the construction of general trunk highway service facilities are very scarce. In view of the present situation. It is more necessary to carry out research on the general trunk highway service facilities. Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign general trunk highway service facilities and the needs of the clients, this paper adopts the method of integrating theory with practice. This paper discusses the related technical theory of the general trunk highway service facilities, and focuses on two key technologies: the distance regression model and the location model of the general trunk highway service facilities. Based on a large number of survey data and related data, this paper analyzes the function orientation and demand of the main service facilities. The paper also puts forward a method to determine the scale of service facilities, and then classifies the service facilities based on function and scale. In view of the different consideration factors recommend the appropriate type of service facilities. At the same time according to the road traffic characteristics of the ordinary trunk highway in Jiangsu Province the average forecast traffic rate of the highway after 10 years is determined. Traffic composition ratio and other data, and this as the main calculation parameters to determine the recommended size of each type of service facilities. Secondly, this paper uses the method of expert scoring. The evaluation model of general trunk highway service facilities is established by using Lorentz function, and the optimal choice of setting spacing is obtained, and the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis is adopted. The location layout of general trunk highway service facilities is studied systematically, and the location model of general trunk highway service facilities based on maximum passenger flow is established by using the theory of operational research linear programming. Finally. In this paper, the layout and installation steps of service facilities are studied, and the results of this paper are analyzed empirically. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the distance regression model and location model into the practical application of general trunk highway service facilities.
