【摘要】:隧道工程是我國(guó)山區(qū)鐵路建設(shè)的控制性工程之一,新奧法隧道施工技術(shù)從推廣至今己有30余年的歷史,人們?cè)诠こ探ㄔO(shè)中逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到,工程地質(zhì)勘察、設(shè)計(jì)和施工形成系統(tǒng)化、信息化一體的思想非常重要,現(xiàn)代的理論和方法認(rèn)為,隧道工程建設(shè)中,應(yīng)該在施工前、施工過程中和施工后不斷注意對(duì)地質(zhì)條件與施工狀況信息的收集,將監(jiān)測(cè)信息通過科學(xué)的分析和預(yù)測(cè),及時(shí)地反饋到設(shè)計(jì)并指導(dǎo)施工,達(dá)到優(yōu)化工程建設(shè)的目的,因此引入了信息化設(shè)計(jì)與施工理論。論文在前人的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,以隧道信息化施工的基本理論和方法為依據(jù),以實(shí)現(xiàn)隧道施工信息管理和掌子面數(shù)字地質(zhì)編錄為主,并以監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),通過程序分析處理,預(yù)測(cè)隧道圍巖穩(wěn)定性和變化趨勢(shì)。利用現(xiàn)代的軟件技術(shù)開發(fā)界面友好、方便實(shí)用的應(yīng)用軟件,并在敘大鐵路的樂園隧道施工中得到了應(yīng)用。通過研究,獲得以下成果:(1)歸納總結(jié)傳統(tǒng)信息化施工的理論和方法,闡述信息化施工的基本原理和方法。介紹了隧道安全監(jiān)測(cè)的內(nèi)容和方法,并以監(jiān)控量測(cè)控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為依據(jù)建立了基于監(jiān)控量測(cè)的隧道安全預(yù)報(bào)機(jī)制。并且,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)信息化施工內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了拓展,將掌子面地質(zhì)調(diào)查、隧道圍巖分級(jí)、超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)也納入到了信息化施工范疇。(2)采用面向?qū)ο蟮慕换ナ匠绦蛟O(shè)計(jì)思路,選擇Visual Studio 2010作為應(yīng)用程序開發(fā)平臺(tái),SQL Server 2008為數(shù)據(jù)庫操作平臺(tái),以隧道信息化施工的基本理論和方法為技術(shù)體系,開發(fā)隧道信息化施工與災(zāi)害預(yù)測(cè)軟件Web服務(wù)器端,軟件主要集成用戶信息管理、施工信息管理、圍巖分級(jí)和圍巖穩(wěn)定性分析等主要功能模塊。(3)以Eclipse為開發(fā)環(huán)境,JAVA為程序開發(fā)語言,開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)基于Andriod移動(dòng)平臺(tái)的隧道信息化施工子系統(tǒng)安卓客戶端,系統(tǒng)主要集成隧道縱剖面設(shè)計(jì)信息查詢和掌子面地質(zhì)編錄模塊,利用HTTP協(xié)議和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)安卓客戶端向Web服務(wù)器端系統(tǒng)讀取和寫入數(shù)據(jù),完成了掌子面離線編錄和在線系統(tǒng)管理的功能。(4)該系統(tǒng)在樂園隧道施工中的應(yīng)用,安卓客戶端子系統(tǒng)的掌子面地質(zhì)編錄功能能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)快速完成開挖掌子面數(shù)字地質(zhì)編錄,并將編錄信息上傳服務(wù)器端保存管理,Web服務(wù)器端系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)隧道施工量測(cè)信息的有效管理,通過對(duì)特征斷面監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的分析處理預(yù)測(cè)隧道圍巖穩(wěn)定性,整個(gè)軟件基本能滿足工程建設(shè)要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)隧道信息化施工。
[Abstract]:Tunnel engineering is one of the control projects of railway construction in mountainous area of our country. The construction technology of Neo-Aofa Tunnel has been extended for more than 30 years. The idea of systematization and information integration of design and construction is very important. Modern theory and method think that tunnel construction should be before construction. During and after construction, we pay more attention to the collection of geological conditions and construction status information, through scientific analysis and prediction, timely feedback to design and guide construction. To achieve the purpose of optimizing the construction of the project, so the introduction of information design and construction theory. On the basis of previous research results, the paper based on the basic theory and method of tunnel information construction. It is based on the realization of tunnel construction information management and digital geological cataloguing of palm face, and based on the monitoring data, it is analyzed and processed by program. The stability and change trend of surrounding rock of tunnel are predicted. The application software with friendly interface and convenient and practical application is developed by using modern software technology, and it is applied in the tunnel construction of Xuda Railway Paradise. Get the following achievements: 1) summarize the theory and method of traditional information construction, expound the basic principle and method of information construction, introduce the content and method of tunnel safety monitoring. Based on the control standard of monitoring and measurement, the tunnel safety prediction mechanism based on monitoring measurement is established. Furthermore, the traditional information construction content is expanded, and the geological survey of the face of the palm and the surrounding rock classification of the tunnel are carried out. Advanced geological forecast is also included in the category of information construction. (2) Visual Studio 2010 is chosen as the application program development platform using the idea of object oriented interactive program design. SQL Server 2008 is the operation platform of database. The basic theory and method of tunnel information construction is taken as the technical system, and the Web server of tunnel information construction and disaster prediction software is developed. The software mainly integrates user information management, construction information management, surrounding rock classification and surrounding rock stability analysis and other main functional modules. 3) using Eclipse as the development environment and Java as the programming language. The development and design of tunnel information construction subsystem based on Andriod mobile platform Android client, the system is mainly integrated tunnel longitudinal profile design information query and palm geological cataloguing module. Using HTTP protocol and network communication technology, the Android client can read and write data to the Web server system. The function of off-line cataloging and on-line system management is completed.) the application of this system in the construction of paradise tunnel is completed. Android client subsystem of the palmtop geological cataloguing function can quickly complete the excavation palm face digital geological cataloguing, and upload the cataloguing information to the server side of the storage management. Web server-side system can realize the effective management of tunnel construction measurement information. The whole software can basically meet the requirements of engineering construction through the analysis and processing of characteristic section monitoring data to predict the stability of tunnel surrounding rock. Realizing tunnel information construction.
