【摘要】:如今,城市建設(shè)的規(guī)模越來越大,國家經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,我國人均收入的水平也逐年提高,使得汽車的保有量也越來越大,從而導(dǎo)致“開車容易停車難”成為了眾多駕駛員新的煩惱。雖然己經(jīng)很大程度的支持城市交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),但還是難以滿足汽車數(shù)量高速增長的需求。所以,近些年對于立體車庫的需求,大大的增加。本課題是對某小區(qū)設(shè)計研究一款立體車庫,基于小區(qū)現(xiàn)有的環(huán)境特征,選擇了“垂直循環(huán)機(jī)械式立體車庫”作為課題展開研究。本文通過對車庫整個系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)(包括機(jī)械系統(tǒng)和控制系統(tǒng))、工作原理的分析和研究,通過對車庫單控和群控模式的參數(shù)分析,建立相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型并用相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化策略對模型進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的優(yōu)化構(gòu)建;同時,通過建立、分析車庫監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體方案,選擇相應(yīng)的、適合本課題的所有相關(guān)的設(shè)備,也分析了車庫的檢測硬件系統(tǒng)的工作原理及設(shè)備的選用等方面的知識;再次,通過開發(fā)車庫監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)的工具,進(jìn)一步研究了工控機(jī)的監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)及畫面,也研究了PLC的控制系統(tǒng);最后,利用組態(tài)王軟件制作相應(yīng)的組態(tài)監(jiān)控畫面并編寫需要的命令語言,對開發(fā)的垂直循環(huán)式立體車庫的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真分析。
[Abstract]:Today, city construction scale is more and more big, the national economy steady development, China's per capita income also increased year by year, the consumption of cars is also growing, resulting in a "car park is easy" as many new troubles. Although the driver has been greatly support the city transportation infrastructure construction. But the number of cars is still difficult to meet the demand for high-speed growth. Therefore, the demand for stereo garage in recent years, greatly increased. This topic is to study a residential design a stereo garage, the existing residential characteristics based on the choice of "vertical circulating mechanical parking garage as the research topic. This article through to the garage the structure of the whole system (including the mechanical system and control system), analysis and Research on the working principle, the parameters of the single garage control and group control mode analysis, establish mathematic model Type and the corresponding optimization strategy are constructed to optimize the model; at the same time, through the establishment of the overall scheme, analysis the garage monitoring system, select the appropriate, suitable for all relevant equipment of this project, also analyzes the working principle and hardware system of the garage equipment selection of knowledge; thirdly, through the development of the garage monitoring management system tools, further study of the monitoring system and management computer, also studied the control system of PLC; finally, making the configuration screen monitor and write the corresponding to the command language using Kingview software, simulation analysis of monitoring system of vertical circular garage for development.
