【摘要】:為了降低多式聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中的運(yùn)輸成本和碳排放量,可以從承運(yùn)人角度選擇低成本、低排放的運(yùn)輸路徑。以實(shí)際運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中火車、船舶的固定時(shí)間窗和收貨人的軟時(shí)間組成的混合時(shí)間窗為約束條件,以運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中的總成本最低、碳排放量最少為目標(biāo),建立雙目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型。采用帶精英策略的非支配排序遺傳算法(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm,NSGA-Ⅱ)求解雙目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型的帕累托最優(yōu)解集,為不同目標(biāo)追求下的承運(yùn)人選擇不同的最優(yōu)運(yùn)輸路徑和最優(yōu)運(yùn)輸方式的組合。設(shè)計(jì)了相關(guān)算例,由NSGA-Ⅱ計(jì)算得到的帕累托最優(yōu)解集包含4個(gè)點(diǎn),即4條最優(yōu)運(yùn)輸路徑和運(yùn)輸方式組合,分布均勻、收斂性好,為承運(yùn)人提供了全面的決策依據(jù),顯示了算法的可行性和優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the transport cost and carbon emissions in multimodal transport, we can choose the low cost and low emission transport path from the carrier's point of view. The fixed time window of the ship and the mixed time window of the consignee's soft time are the constraint conditions. The lowest total cost and the least carbon emission are the targets in the transportation process. A two-objective optimization model was established.
