【摘要】:近年來,隨著生活節(jié)奏的加快,日常生活和工作時(shí)產(chǎn)生的疲勞感時(shí)時(shí)影響著個(gè)人的身心健康。而隨著交通狀況的日益擁擠,疲勞駕駛受到越來越多的重視。如何有效、便捷地減少疲勞駕駛帶來的危害,成為當(dāng)下安全駕駛研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。而那些能直接反應(yīng)駕駛員精神狀態(tài)的眼部相關(guān)行為研究,仍然存在一定的缺陷。因此,針對(duì)駕駛員眼部行為的疲勞監(jiān)測(cè)研究,對(duì)于改善個(gè)人身心狀況和降低交通事故危害有一定的理論意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。 本文在研究駕駛疲勞形成機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上,研究疲勞相關(guān)的影響因素,搭建模擬駕駛實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境,通過眼動(dòng)儀設(shè)備采集駕駛?cè)四M駕駛過程中的眼部行為相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)其實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析研究。主要研究工作如下: (1)分析研究駕駛?cè)说钠谔卣鳎x擇駕駛?cè)搜鄄啃袨樘卣髯鳛檠芯繉?duì)象,,建立模擬駕駛實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境。利用眼動(dòng)儀對(duì)模擬駕駛實(shí)驗(yàn)中駕駛?cè)搜蹌?dòng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集。 (2)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)獲取的駕駛?cè)搜鄄啃袨閿?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析研究。在對(duì)瞳孔直徑數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出基于瞳孔直徑的包絡(luò)指標(biāo)。采用檢驗(yàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)和均值聚類的方法,且與原有的眼動(dòng)行為相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對(duì)照比較,得知瞳孔直徑包絡(luò)指標(biāo)可以用來檢測(cè)駕駛?cè)说木駹顟B(tài)。 (3)進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證瞳孔直徑包絡(luò)指標(biāo)對(duì)駕駛?cè)似谠u(píng)判的準(zhǔn)確程度。結(jié)合多特征融合相關(guān)理論知識(shí),選取BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型作為基于瞳孔直徑包絡(luò)指標(biāo)的駕駛?cè)似谠u(píng)判方法,建立眨眼時(shí)間均值指標(biāo)和瞳孔直徑包絡(luò)指標(biāo)作為輸入元素的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)判模型,并進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練和測(cè)試。驗(yàn)證得知瞳孔直徑包絡(luò)指標(biāo)可以作為一種新的、更為準(zhǔn)確的駕駛?cè)似谠u(píng)判指標(biāo)。 (4)在基于駕駛?cè)搜鄄啃袨樘卣髦笜?biāo)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行駕駛疲勞預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),綜合考慮實(shí)際系統(tǒng)的需求和駕駛?cè)搜蹌?dòng)指標(biāo)監(jiān)測(cè)的便捷程度。實(shí)現(xiàn)基于瞳孔直徑包絡(luò)指標(biāo)的駕駛疲勞監(jiān)測(cè)原型系統(tǒng)的界面設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)該原型系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行性能測(cè)試。
[Abstract]:In recent years , with the acceleration of the pace of life , the fatigue feeling of daily life and work affects the physical and mental health of the individual . As the traffic situation becomes more and more crowded , fatigue driving is more and more attention . How to effectively and conveniently reduce the harm caused by fatigue driving is one of the hot spots of the present safety driving study . On the basis of studying the mechanism of driving fatigue formation , this paper studies the influencing factors of fatigue , sets up a simulated driving experiment environment , and collects the relevant data of the eye behavior in the driving process of the driver through the eye movement instrument equipment , and analyzes the experimental data . The main research work is as follows : ( 1 ) To analyze the fatigue character of the driver , select the behavior characteristic of the driver ' s eyes as the research object , establish the simulated driving experiment environment , and use the eye movement instrument to collect the data of the driving human eye movement index in the simulated driving experiment . ( 2 ) On the basis of data analysis of pupil diameter , an envelope index based on pupil diameter is proposed . Based on the data analysis of pupil diameter , an envelope index based on pupil diameter is proposed , and compared with the previous indexes of eye movement behavior , it is known that the pupil diameter envelope index can be used to detect the mental state of the driver . ( 3 ) To further verify the exact degree of pupil diameter envelope index on driver ' s fatigue evaluation . Based on the theory knowledge of multi - feature fusion , the BP neural network model is selected as the method of evaluating the driver ' s fatigue based on pupil diameter envelope index . The BP neural network evaluation model of blink time mean index and pupil diameter envelope index is established as input element , and training and testing are carried out . It is proved that the pupil diameter envelope index can be used as a new and more accurate index of driver ' s fatigue evaluation . ( 4 ) Based on the study of driver ' s eye behavior characteristic index , the design of the driving fatigue early warning system is carried out , the demand of the actual system and the convenience of the driver ' s eye movement index monitoring are comprehensively considered . The interface design of the prototype system for driving fatigue monitoring based on the pupil diameter envelope index is realized , and the performance test of the prototype system is carried out .
