【摘要】:耐久性對混凝土壽命極其重要。但近年來,由于荷載、施工、養(yǎng)護等原因,水泥混凝土路面因耐久性不足引起的破壞非常嚴(yán)重。尤其在寒冷地區(qū),這種破壞現(xiàn)象更是屢見不鮮。研究寒區(qū)路面混凝土耐久性評價指標(biāo)體系,可為寒區(qū)路面混凝土耐久性綜合評價和壽命預(yù)測提供依據(jù),從而更好地指導(dǎo)寒區(qū)路面混凝土耐久性設(shè)計。既然如此,首先要解決的關(guān)鍵問題就是建立起適合于寒區(qū)路面混凝土耐久性評價的指標(biāo)體系。因此,本文依托前嫩公路龍鎮(zhèn)至嫩江段,以黑龍江省為區(qū)域背景,對該區(qū)域內(nèi)水泥混凝土路面耐久性破壞現(xiàn)狀進行實地調(diào)查,取樣進行室內(nèi)試驗,從材料層次分析導(dǎo)致寒區(qū)路面混凝土耐久性破壞的主要原因,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有理論分析耐久性破壞機理;在確定耐久性破壞原因的基礎(chǔ)上,有針對性地分析相關(guān)規(guī)范和前人研究中述及的耐久性評價指標(biāo),根據(jù)指標(biāo)體系的建立原則,建立初擬評價指標(biāo)體系,并借助模糊優(yōu)先排序法對初擬指標(biāo)進行優(yōu)化,結(jié)合專家意見,得到最終寒區(qū)路面混凝土耐久性評價指標(biāo)體系;針對體系中抗凍性和抗氯離子滲透性指標(biāo),采用快速凍融循環(huán)法、直線導(dǎo)線法、電通量法和RCM法進行指標(biāo)敏感性分析,主要通過指標(biāo)兩兩比較相對值的方法來確定指標(biāo)的敏感程度,找出對耐久性較敏感的指標(biāo),根據(jù)工程操作的難易程度,將敏感性指標(biāo)劃分為室內(nèi)試驗階段和現(xiàn)場施工階段的兩階段評價指標(biāo);基于動態(tài)控制原理,對依托項目現(xiàn)場施工階段的含氣量和電通量指標(biāo)實施動態(tài)監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:The durability of concrete is very important to life. But in recent years, due to load, construction, maintenance and other reasons, the cement concrete pavement caused by durability damage is very serious. Especially in cold regions, this destruction phenomenon is the research of cold resistance of concrete pavement It is often seen.. The evaluation index system for a long time, can provide the basis for the durability of concrete comprehensive evaluation and life prediction of pavement in cold regions, so as to better guide the durability design of concrete pavement in cold region. So, the key problem is the first to solve the established index system for the evaluation of the durability of concrete pavement in cold region. Therefore, based on the former Highway Tender dragon town to Nenjiang, taking Heilongjiang Province as the regional background of investigation on the regional cement concrete pavement durability damage situation, sampling of indoor test, from the material level analysis lead to cold area pavement concrete The main reason of concrete durability damage, combined with the analysis of durability damage mechanism of the existing theory; based on determining the causes of damage of durability, the durability analysis of evaluation index and the previous research in the relevant norms and sex, according to the principles of establishing the index system, established at the beginning of the proposed evaluation index system, and with the help of fuzzy prioritization method to optimize the initial indicators, combined with expert opinion, get the final cold pavement concrete durability evaluation index system; the frost resistance and chloride ion permeability index system, using the fast freeze-thaw method, linear traverse method, flux method and RCM method of index sensitivity analysis method mainly through comparison of the relative value of the 22 indicators to determine the sensitivity index, find out the sensitive to the durability index, according to the degree of difficulty of project operation, the sensitivity index is divided into indoor test The two stage evaluation index of inspection stage and on-site construction stage; based on the dynamic control principle, dynamic monitoring is carried out based on the gas content and electric flux index of the on-site construction stage of the project.
