膠粉復(fù)合改性瀝青混合料疲勞性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為提高橡膠瀝青混合料的抗疲勞開(kāi)裂性能,將SBS與膠粉復(fù)合進(jìn)行瀝青改性,制備不同配比的膠粉-SBS改性瀝青,然后以"干拌"方式摻入玄武巖纖維制備膠粉復(fù)合改性瀝青混合料,通過(guò)四點(diǎn)彎曲疲勞壽命試驗(yàn)全面分析14種瀝青混合料的疲勞壽命與勁度模量,對(duì)其抗疲勞開(kāi)裂性能與自愈合能力進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:2%SBS+14%CR瀝青膠結(jié)料疲勞因子在不同溫度下普遍較小,其疲勞性能明顯優(yōu)于其他配比的瀝青膠結(jié)料;混合料Ⅱ的疲勞壽命最大、Ⅶ其次,且均遠(yuǎn)大于其他混合料;混合料Ⅶ的疲勞壽命恢復(fù)率最大、AR與Ⅱ其次;混合料Ⅶ的勁度模量恢復(fù)率最大,Ⅱ其次。因此,在橡膠瀝青混合料中摻入適量的SBS改性劑與玄武巖纖維,可以獲得較強(qiáng)的疲勞壽命與最強(qiáng)的自愈合補(bǔ)償能力,其最佳質(zhì)量配比為m(基質(zhì)瀝青)∶m(膠粉)∶m(SBS)=100∶14∶2與m(礦料)∶m(BF)=1 000∶3。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the fatigue cracking resistance of rubber asphalt mixture, asphalt modified by SBS and rubber powder was prepared. Then the rubber powder composite modified asphalt mixture was prepared by mixing basalt fiber in "dry mix" mode, and the fatigue life and stiffness modulus of 14 kinds of asphalt mixture were analyzed comprehensively through four-point bending fatigue life test. The fatigue cracking resistance and self-healing ability of the binder were comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that the fatigue factor of the asphalt binder was generally small at different temperatures. Its fatigue performance is obviously superior to that of other asphalt binders.
