【摘要】:通過對大量文獻(xiàn)的研究,借助大連前石隧道、陜西省包家山隧道、108國道南村隧道、北京地鐵大興線隧道的多元信息預(yù)警系統(tǒng)實(shí)測資料,參考分析以往隧道施工的事故原因,利用現(xiàn)場采集、理論分析和數(shù)值模擬等多種研究手段,在分析隧道施工風(fēng)險成因、演變規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,對公路隧道施工的各種安全評價方法進(jìn)行了深入研究,結(jié)合多元信息預(yù)警系統(tǒng)在北京頭道穴隧道施工中的應(yīng)用,提出了一種隧道施工過程的安全評價方法。主要研究成果如下:(1)通過分析隧道施工安全評價的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,綜合對比隧道施工的各種安全評價方法,歸納了各方法的特點(diǎn)、適用條件及局限性。其局限性主要有兩方面,一是施工信息獲取不夠全面、及時,評價存在滯后性;二是評價結(jié)果受人為主觀影響較大。通過分析,提出了一套基于多元信息預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的隧道施工過程安全評價方法。(2)通過對隧道施工風(fēng)險因素的分析,將影響隧道施工安全的主要風(fēng)險因素歸結(jié)為人員因素、設(shè)備因素和環(huán)境因素三方面,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了隧道施工過程安全評價指標(biāo)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)隧道施工安全動態(tài)評價,并能夠確定具體的風(fēng)險源。隨著信息的不斷采集,系統(tǒng)能夠根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)變化趨勢預(yù)測施工風(fēng)險,以便施工人員提早應(yīng)對,有效解決了一般評價方法的滯后性。(3)為了實(shí)現(xiàn)隧道施工安全自動評價,構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)均易采集、可量化且指向明確,結(jié)合隧道具體情況,分析各因素之間關(guān)系,分解復(fù)雜的風(fēng)險問題,通過若干子因素的兩兩對比計算出各項(xiàng)風(fēng)險因素權(quán)重。該方法有利于后期修正,可以針對不同隧道工程進(jìn)行設(shè)計修改,進(jìn)一步拓寬了評價方法的實(shí)用性。(4)將多元信息預(yù)警系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用于頭道穴隧道施工中,對其施工過程進(jìn)行安全評價,評價結(jié)果顯示該隧道的施工處于藍(lán)色預(yù)警狀態(tài),對這一評價結(jié)果的風(fēng)險因素進(jìn)行逐項(xiàng)分析,與工程現(xiàn)場情況對比,得出評價結(jié)果與工程實(shí)際情況一致,指出了該隧道主要風(fēng)險源為環(huán)境方面的風(fēng)險,通過對比驗(yàn)證、數(shù)值模擬及后期修正,進(jìn)一步提升了風(fēng)險預(yù)警的精準(zhǔn)度和可靠性。
[Abstract]:Through the study of a large number of documents, with the aid of Dalian Qianshi Tunnel, Baojiashan Tunnel of Shaanxi Province, Nancun Tunnel of Guan108 National Road, and Beijing Metro Daxing Line Tunnel, the measured data of multiple information early warning system are obtained. Referring to and analyzing the causes of tunnel construction accidents in the past, this paper analyzes the causes and evolution of tunnel construction risks by means of field acquisition, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Various safety evaluation methods of highway tunnel construction are studied in depth, and the application of multi-information early warning system in the construction of Beijing Toutao Cave Tunnel is discussed. This paper puts forward a safety evaluation method for tunnel construction process. The main research results are as follows: 1) by analyzing the present situation and existing problems of tunnel construction safety evaluation. Comprehensive comparison of the tunnel construction of various safety evaluation methods, summed up the characteristics of each method, applicable conditions and limitations. Its limitations are mainly two aspects, one is that the construction information is not comprehensive and timely. There is lag in evaluation; Second, the evaluation result is greatly affected by human subjective. Through analysis, a set of safety evaluation method of tunnel construction process based on multi-information early warning system is put forward. (2) through the analysis of tunnel construction risk factors. The main risk factors affecting tunnel construction safety are summed up as personnel factors, equipment factors and environmental factors. On this basis, the safety evaluation index system of tunnel construction process is constructed. With the continuous collection of information, the system can predict the construction risk according to the trend of data change, so that the construction personnel can deal with it early. In order to realize the automatic evaluation of tunnel construction, the constructed indexes are easy to collect, can be quantified and pointed clearly, combined with the tunnel specific situation. This paper analyzes the relationship between various factors, decomposes the complex risk problem, and calculates the weight of each risk factor through the comparison of several sub-factors. This method is propitious to the later revision. The design of different tunnel projects can be modified, and the practicability of the evaluation method is further broadened. (4) the multi-information early warning system is applied to the tunnel construction of Tou Dao Cave, and the safety evaluation of the construction process is carried out. The evaluation results show that the tunnel construction is in a blue warning state, the risk factors of the evaluation results are analyzed item by item, and compared with the project site situation, the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation of the project. It is pointed out that the main risk source of the tunnel is the environmental risk. The accuracy and reliability of the early warning are further improved by comparison, numerical simulation and later correction.
