精益化在船廠托盤集配管理中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代造船模式的主流是以中間產(chǎn)品為導(dǎo)向的總裝化造船,中間產(chǎn)品制造過(guò)程的控制及成品化程度將直接影響船舶生產(chǎn)的效率和質(zhì)量。如何建立滿足分段/總段準(zhǔn)時(shí)化、成品化制造要求及船塢搭載要求的精益化托盤集配送系統(tǒng),逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)托盤式看板管理,是我們必須要深入研究的課題,這也是精益化思想在船廠托盤集配送管理應(yīng)用中的重要內(nèi)容。本文結(jié)合精益生產(chǎn)理論對(duì)原有托盤集配管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析,找出非精益環(huán)節(jié)并加以優(yōu)化,然后借鑒舾裝托盤集配管理的模式,按照殼舾涂一體化的原則將托盤管理覆蓋到殼裝托盤、涂裝托盤以及工裝托盤等領(lǐng)域;同時(shí)將托盤同看板結(jié)合起來(lái),建立了托盤式看板管理模式,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)了準(zhǔn)時(shí)化JIT在托盤管理中的應(yīng)用,進(jìn)而在船廠中建立起精益化托盤集配送管理系統(tǒng)。本文重點(diǎn)研究了分段制造階段的托盤集配送管理,通過(guò)結(jié)合DAP和WSD的方法,給出了典型分段成品化制造中的殼裝托盤、舾裝托盤、涂裝托盤以及工裝托盤的集配送流程,并構(gòu)建了托盤化集配送系統(tǒng);同時(shí)給出了基于FSD/WSD的精益化托盤集配送在總段殼舾涂一體化中的運(yùn)行思路,以及船塢搭載階段精益托盤集配送管理的運(yùn)行思路,為企業(yè)不斷縮短造船周期、降低造船成本提供了有價(jià)值的參考。本文的研究要點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在探討了如何借鑒舾裝托盤的經(jīng)驗(yàn),將托盤管理方式引入殼裝、涂裝及工裝等領(lǐng)域,以實(shí)現(xiàn)殼、舾、涂托盤一體化的覆蓋,通過(guò)全方位的托盤管理以實(shí)現(xiàn)分段/總段的成品化制造及船塢搭載階段區(qū)域完整性的要求;探討了如何將看板管理與托盤管理相結(jié)合,充分貫徹拉動(dòng)式的生產(chǎn)方式,在分段/總段階段和船塢搭載階段運(yùn)行托盤式看板管理方式,從而全面實(shí)現(xiàn)精益生產(chǎn)要求的準(zhǔn)時(shí)化托盤集配送。
[Abstract]:The mainstream of modern shipbuilding mode is integrated shipbuilding guided by intermediate products. The control of manufacturing process of intermediate products and the degree of finished products will directly affect the efficiency and quality of ship production. How to set up a lean pallet distribution system to meet the requirements of segment / total segment just-in-time, finished manufacture and dock loading, and to realize pallet Kanban management step by step, is a subject that we must study deeply. This is also the important content of Lean thought in the application of shipyard pallet distribution management. Combined with lean production theory, this paper analyzes the original pallet distribution management system, finds out the non-lean link and optimizes it, and then draws lessons from the outfitting pallet assembly management mode. According to the principle of integration of shell outfitting and painting pallet management will be covered to shell pallet coating pallet and tooling pallet and other fields; At the same time, the pallet and Kanban are combined, the pallet Kanban management mode is established, the application of just-in-time JIT in the pallet management is realized step by step, and the lean pallet distribution management system is established in the shipyard. This paper focuses on the pallet distribution management in the stage of subsection manufacturing. By combining the methods of DAP and WSD, this paper presents the process of assembling pallet, outfitting pallet, painting pallet and tooling pallet in typical segmented finished product manufacturing. And set up pallet distribution system; At the same time, the paper gives the running thought of lean pallet distribution based on FSD/WSD in the integration of total hull, outfitting and painting, as well as the running thought of lean pallet distribution management in dock loading stage, which can shorten the shipbuilding cycle continuously. Reducing the cost of shipbuilding provides a valuable reference. The main research points of this paper are as follows: how to use the experience of outfitting pallet for reference, and introduce the pallet management method into the field of shell, painting and tooling, so as to realize the integrated covering of shell, outfitting and pallet, etc. Through the all-around pallet management to achieve the segment / total segment of the finished manufacturing and dock loading stage area integrity requirements; This paper discusses how to combine Kanban management with pallet management, fully implement the pull mode of production, and run pallet Kanban management mode in the stage of subsection / general stage and the stage of dock loading. In order to achieve Lean production requirements on-time pallet distribution.
